Welcome to Beach Daze, your idyllic coastal haven for the ultimate beach retreat! This newly built home is perfectly situated just a short stroll from the sugar sand beaches of Long Beach, offering a prime location minutes away from Downtown Long Beach, the Mississippi Aquarium, shopping, dining, casinos, and more!
Accommodating a total of 8 guests (4 adults and 4 children comfortably), Beach Daze is a spacious sanctuary with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and almost 1500 square feet of at-home comforts. Whether you're basking in the sun-kissed beauty of the Mississippi Gulf Coast, enjoying family adventures, or exploring the local attractions, Beach Daze invites you to relax and unwind with your loved ones.

Sink into the plush comfort of two large couches, a chair with an ottoman, and enjoy entertainment on the large flat-screen TV.

The fully stocked kitchen boasts new stainless steel appliances, cooking basics, general utensils, a coffee maker (both Keurig and regular), toaster, tea kettle, waffle maker, dinnerware, drinkware, pots, pans, and ample storage. The kitchen island/breakfast bar provides seating for 2.

Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the property! Please dispose of cigarette butts safely and do not leave them on the grounds of the property. IF YOU OR ANY OF YOUR GUESTS SMOKE INSIDE OF THE PROPERTY, A $500 FEE WILL BE ASSESSED. PRIMARY GUEST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COSTS INCURRED WITH DAMAGES AND MITIGATION IF COSTS EXCEED $500.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OF ANY KIND are to be held at this property. Unauthorized parties or events will be assessed a $500 FINE.
MAX NUMBER OF GUEST ALLOWED is 6. NO overnight guest other than those listed on your guest registration when your reservation was made. If you have guests other than those listed, the guest will be asked to leave, and you will be FINED $100 per guest that is not listed on your registration.

NO sandy shoes inside the property. Please remove your shoes prior to entry. There is a hose provided outside to rinse sandy clothing and shoes off.
DO NOT move furniture. No inside furniture is to be moved outside. No outside furniture is to be moved inside.
NO wet towels or clothing items on any of the furniture, beds, hardwood floors or carpet/rugs.
When away from the property, set the thermostat at 77 degrees in the summer and 68 degrees in the winter.
DO NOT park in the grass or on the side of the road. ONLY park in the driveway.
NO trailers, boats or RV’s are permitted without prior approval.
Any loss/damages are to be reported IMMEDIATELY. You are responsible for any loss or damage to items, apart from normal wear-and-tear items like light bulbs, etc. ANY damages or missing items during your visit will forfeit or be deducted from your deposit.
Upon departure, please follow the check-out instructions to ensure that you receive your full security deposit back.

House and neighborhood is great. House was very clean and neat. Furnished well. Personally We could've preferred a few more kitchen items ( bowls pots & pans)but not a big deal. Easy walk to the beach. The host was very fast to respond to questions and very professional.

What a beautiful beach home! We didn't want to leave! Our family spent a few days here in June. The home was spotless and beach access was so easy! We had two kids under 7 with us and worried about crossing the street to get to the beach but it was not nearly as busy as other places we've been. Beaches were clean and everyone was so friendly! Loved every second of our stay and highly recommend this home.

The property was exactly as described in the listing and very clean. Location was decent. The fireworks on the beach were awesome. Had a very good but extremely hot week on our trip. The only negative was the water in the bay was not real clean but brown and murky.

Can’t say enough about this property, it was amazing! The cleanest rental we ever stayed in. Property owner did such a great job with the decor. Plenty of room throughout, I could go on and on. We weren’t ready to go home!

Tastefully decorated. Very welcoming and comfortable furnishings. A true well-equipped kitchen. Glass drink wear and real pottery dishes were available with one set of melamine for eating outside. Quality starter toiletries and plush towels. Easy checkout process and we left EARLY. Central location to explore Biloxi and Pass Christian.

Beach View was amazing!
We thoroughly enjoyed the house! It was very clean, super cute, had all basic amenities, the beds were so comfy, and best of all….walking distance to the beach! And I mean, literally only a 5 min walk and BAM, you’re there! Use caution with little ones as you do have to cross a 4 lane Hwy to access the beach. The Hwy is almost never too busy though. Over all the city of Long Beach was perfect! We avoided the busy hustles of GP and found that we had all we need between LB and Pass Christian! Highly recommend Shaggy’s restaurant in Pass Christian, amazing views, but don’t feed the birds! Walmart and Winn Dixie are both very close to the house and easy to get to, we saved tons by going grocery shopping and taking advantage of the modern kitchen that the house had to offer!
There are only a couple negatives to speak on. The construction crews were on either side of us EVERY DAY, as early as 6:30 am. We understand that these houses need built and that wasn’t the problem, it was the staring. As soon as we were coming or going there work stopped and they just watched us, pretty awkward.
Last but definitely not a huge deal, the WiFi doesn’t work well at all. We ended up running hot spots off our phones when we really wanted to watch something, which wasn’t often!
Overall, best vacation ever, and we will be back next year! Thank you so much to Kristen and the crew for making us feel at home!
