About this house rental
Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Central to the boardwalk, restaurants, different beaches in all directions. On the outside of the home is a wrap around porch and board games for the whole family.

Very comfortable and homey. Nicely decorated and conveniently located. They allow pets, so we were concerned it would smell like dog, but it did not at all! Beds were pretty comfortable, and kitchen was fully stocked. We all just loved it! Some confusion about the check-in process because it stated we were to provide a 4-digit pin but not how or when we should provide it, so I would clarify that if I were the host. I had to call the host just hours before we were going to arrive to get that information. Also, would have liked to know beforehand that parking was only available on the street (the driver was a bit finicky about her vehicle). Lastly, the backyard was quite small (no issue), but overgrown. A good weed whack and/or mow would have been nice so we could sit in our chairs on the grass. Hopefully, the host sees this all as constructive criticism only and room for improvement. Overall, we had everything we needed but tissues and bathroom spray! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Enjoyed our stay, house was clean and well appointed.
Quiet neighborhood about 5 blocks from the main business district.
Wasn't an issue for us but just so others are aware, all three bedrooms are on the second floor.
Would not hesitate to book again if in the area.

Truly relaxing home away from home with everything you need including lawn chairs and umbrella for the beach. Enjoyed sitting on the porch with morning coffee and in evenings after exploring Manistee. The host communicated well covering everything we needed to know for our stay. Bonus - ice cream only 1 block away :)

Wonderful house in a great location! Near downtown Manistee by all of the shops and fantastic restaurants. Very comfortable beds and beautifully decorated, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was also very attentive and informative. Highly recommended!

It was a nice house, very clean with comfortable beds, convenient location to town. It was just a long weekend trip with our dog, but worth the stay. We would stay at this house again when traveling to the Manistee area.

Nice refinished older home. Staircase is awkward for arthritic seniors. Disappointed that all bedrooms were upstairs. Was not clearly stated in listing. Otherwise very nice place to stay.

The house was a bit older than the photos show but was kept up well. Nice neighborhood. The only thing I would suggest is that the back yard needs to be manicured a bit more for how small it is. Weeds and holes around the fence were unexpected for our small dog. Other than that it is a 4.5 star home. Don't hesitate to book.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Manistee. The house was very accommodating with a well stocked kitchen and a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown Manistee. The weather wasn’t too hot for July but we were glad to have the window air conditioners so our seasonal allergies weren’t affected.

Home just as described. Ample room for 3 ladies with a roomy kitchen and 2 baths. We sure enjoyed the showers including shower soap and shampoo, kitchen sink and cleaning supplies, porch chairs, roomy dining room, fireplace, keyless door entry, functional kitchen and coffee bar! Location great for several beaches, restaurants and shopping.

Our stay in Randall's Manistee home was wonderful. The home was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We had 4 guys in the home for a golf weekend, and we were all very comfortable in the house. We will be back again. Highly recommend if you are staying in Manistee.

My husband, kids, and I stayed at this property while visiting my sister and her family who live in the area. It is an older home but is nice and clean. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed playing the games (Uno, Jenga, Connect Four), and it was great to be able to use the kitchen to make meals. Also, my kids got their own bedrooms. So glad we stayed at this home instead of a hotel. Would stay here again!

We were in town working on a nearby construction site and stayed here. We were well pleased with the location, cleanliness, and size of the house for 3 guys. Everybody even had their own room which is nice. Highly recommend!

My family and I stayed to visit family in Manistee and ski at Caberfae. This house was so cute! Excellent amenities, clean and lots of space to relax. The host was an excellent communicator and very accommodating.

Stayed for a long Christmas weekend at this house with my wife, daughter and her pup. The house was perfect for us. Clean, comfortable and very well supplied for our stay. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook Christmas dinner. The fenced in backyard was a nice bonus for the pup as she ran and dove through snow drifts.
Proximity to downtown is good, though didn't try to walk it thanks to the blizzard.
Owner answered questions quickly and had the house set-up for easy check-in. The price was also very fair (unlike some others).
I would definitely recommend this house if you are considering a stay in Manistee.

This home was a lovely place to celebrate Christmas with our kids and grandkids. The decor is peaceful, the neighborhood is quiet, and the furniture is comfortable.

Location was great we’re able to walk downtown to the parade we didn’t have to find parking. Accommodations were very nice and I brought a lot of Christmas decorations so we made it look like Christmas was perfect.

Such a great location. Very close to downtown and the beach. Very clean. Very comfortable. Couldn’t ask for more. We brought our small family dog and he was welcomed warmly with a super cute doggie diner and comfy doggie bed. Fenced in yard is extra bonus we didn’t realize. Cookware and items stocked in home are really nice quality but can’t stress enough that CLEAN is the real stand out adjective for this gem. Our son is stationed in the area with the Coast Guard so this will be used on repeat for us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Great house for group of friends on fall get away. Extremely clean, fresh. Older home but updated and very comfortable. 4 women who appreciated 2 bathrooms/showers with plentiful hot water.

We enjoyed our four night stay in Manistee. Close drive to the beach and walking distance to the historical downtown district. We took a nice stroll through downtown Manistee and had a few dinners out. The kitchen was well stocked to make meals there too. Nice updates throughout the home. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We watched a few movies in the evening and played Jenga that was provided. We would stay again. The area had beautiful scenery.

Gorgeous home just a short walk to downtown and minutes from the beach. The beds were amazingly comfortable (before and after a few falls running North Country Trail). My son and I very much enjoyed our stay and appreciated the generous and unexpected (dog bowl and bed) amenities. Randall is an exceptional host! Looking forward to our next visit.

We booked this stay for a beach trip before a family wedding. We were very happy with the property, the location was great as everything is a short drive away. One bedroom did not have a window AC unit, but luckily the evenings were not too hot. We would stay here again.

This is a very nice house to stay in. Very clean and the host communicated very well.

This house was absolutely perfect for a girls weekend. All the rooms were all very clean. We had a very small mix up when we first got to the house but we were able to contact Randal and he straightened it out.
The location of the house was great we walked to the beach it was a little hike but all worth it. Then we walked the dock/trail along the water up into town. Then a short hike back to the house.
This was a great place to stay we didn’t really cook just brought snacks and went out to eat but seemed to have everything we needed.
We would most definitely stay again.
