Once you’ve arrived, we recommend dropping your suitcases and heading straight to the balcony, where you can settle in on one of the comfy armchairs and breathe in the fresh ocean air. This newly decorated and modern luxury beach home is in BLOCK 1 on Derondo, just TWO houses from the sand!

Surrounded by palm trees, this beautiful coastal style, 3-story beach home is the perfect personal oasis for your family’s vacation. The front of the home has a wide front path lined with potted tropical plants and garden lights that guide you to the front entrance framed by large picture windows that light up the home with soft natural light. Decorated with a modern tropical color palette; the soft muted turquoise, cream, and beiges will make you feel like you’ve stepped into the pages of a luxury travel magazine.
The home's second story boasts an expansive balcony with comfortable armchairs inviting you to settle in and spend lazy afternoons under the overhead fans.

The kitchen is a showstopper with its light kitchen cabinets and sparkling counters. The upgraded kitchen is equipped with brand-new stainless steel appliances, a french door refrigerator with a water dispenser and ice maker, a microwave, a toaster oven, and a dishwasher.

Situated in the large living room is a round, pedestal dining table with seating for up to six and additional seating for three at the rustic wooden bar that runs along the back of the large living room sofa.

The main living room is an elegant yet cozy room with a large comfortable sectional. We won’t blame you if it becomes your favorite spot for a midday nap under the breeze of the palm-leaf ceiling fan. There’s also plenty of room for you and your family to cozy up around the large flat-screen Smart TV and enjoy your favorite show or play games. An additional living space on the third floor offers gorgeous ocean views.

This spacious and airy coastal home with a large balcony is a dream come true with its hardwood floors, ceiling fans, and bright windows, allowing a soft glow as the daylight streams through the sheers. After spending a day on the beach or exploring all the exciting attractions in the area, you’ll look forward to returning home and relaxing in your bedroom with quality mattresses, luxurious linens, and fluffy towels. Each spacious and immaculate ensuite has been tastefully decorated and offers a tub/shower combination.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived, the house was just as pictured on Blue Swell's website, even down to the parking spot. We were pleased that we were able to seamlessly pull right into the spot. The pictures and directions provided made it easy for us to identify the house. The floor plan allows for plenty of privacy between the sleeping areas, and plenty of space to spread out and enjoy for larger parties than ours (we had just 4 people). When we had a question, we were able to get ahold of the owner immediately. We did not have any issues to speak of during our stay. The master bedroom has it's own exterior door, which was convenient access to the vehicle. There is also shaded space for sitting and relaxing. Additionally, it is convenient for access to the beach separate from the main front door. The placement of the house creates a layer of privacy from the neighbors, as the front entrances and patios are not facing each other. The property was very clean and remarkably free of sand, considering it's close proximity to the beach. It is one of the very cleanest of properties we have rented in our experienced rental vacation history. We highly recommend this property to family and friends. It is a true gem, so close to the beach that it is just a short, easy walk away. The neighborhood is quiet and the people are very polite, making it feel very welcoming. At night, when all is quiet, one can hear the waves as they come ashore. It is a peaceful place to stay, close enough to everything you could need or want, to enjoy a wide variety of adventures. We enjoyed parasailing and Crab Island, a tour and shopping trip to Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. We also went for a fun airboat ride on our way back to the airport. We also enjoyed the sheer beauty of the water and the beach, and spent many hours relaxing and playing in the sand and surf.

The beach access is right across the streat, the house is wonderfully spacious and the property is far enough away from PCB to avoid the crowd but close enough to make a quick trip to. Highly recommend for a family getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th stay in less than 2 years, love the location. Management has been very responsive in addressing issues (ants in the kitchen, broken glass, bathroom towel bar broken, leaky faucet). This spring there was a smell when we walked in the door, which eventually we located rotten fish bait in a basket underneath sand toys, located behind the washer. Management sent someone out immediately. Same 3 flower pots with weeds still out front of house. Floors so dirty your feet turn brown. Our concern is any or all of these issues should have been dealt with before our arrival. Isn't that what the cleaning fee is for?

For the most part, the place was very cute and met our needs! However, the floors were disgusting, leaving our feet BLACK the entirety of our stay. The smoke alarm in the kitchen was hyper sensitive, going off ANYTIME we cooked something. Keep in mind, this was when the exhaust fan was on AND the windows were open. Most importantly, on VRBO they specifically stated “contactless check in.” This was a lie. We had to wait 30 minutes to get into the house until the primary renter got there. Despite all of that trouble, the house was pretty and the location was great!

We wanted to rent a 3 bedroom condo on the beach between Panama City and Fort Walton Beach for our family vacation this 4th of July weekend and searched around. We had 6 adults and 2 toddlers so we wanted a spacious unit. It was difficult to find one on the beach that met our requirements or prices were too high. We expanded our search to walking to the beach instead of on the beach and came across this unit and we are really happy we booked this home. It was just across Front Beach Road and once you crossed the road, you used the public access path to get to the beach. Getting to the beach was almost as easy as from large complexes directly on the beach I rented in the past. The house appears to be newly built or totally renovated. It is a big spacious home with very large bedrooms and is very well furnished. It is tastefully decorated. There is a large balcony with adequate seating for our large family. There is a extra living room on top level for teenagers to hang out or for those that need some extra privacy or late night TV watching without disturbing others. Plenty of linen. There were at least 6 beach chairs and a beach umbrella and some other beach items and I did not have to unload and load any of my beach items. Management was very responsive. We used text messaging and got very quick responses. We noticed some minor plumbing issues and they sent someone right away to fix the problem. Highly recommend this property and management company. We will be back J&J

We were extremely impressed with the house and it's surroundings. Great location and access to the Beach. Owner had all the beach supplies need for your daily beach outings. (Chairs, umbrellas, cart, etc.) We enjoyed the sunrise and sunset on the beach as well as sunsets from the bonus room located on the third floor. The house has three zone climate controls. Will absolutely stay again at this location when visiting Panama City Beach area.

We had a great stay! Blue Swell is top notch. House was beautiful! Absolutely loved being across the street from the beach. Already planning our next trip, we would definitely stay here again. We love the neighborhood because there aren’t so many people and there’s easy access to grocery stores, shops and restaurants. West Panama City is our stay of choice!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was nice. The beds are really Hard and not comfortable. The upstairs loft was always hot. Location was wonderful. Garbage was full upon arrival with trash built up around it. Trash company only picked up was was in the trash can. We tried to pick up the remaining trash to fit our trash Thinking trash company would come another day but I guess it only comes once a week. Overall it was nice and quiet Neighborhood. Property management was very responsive.
