Thank you for allowing me a weeks stay,
in your lovely home.
Everything was wonderful!
The location was convenient for traveling into and out of town,
yet far enough away,
that you experienced great peace and quiet.
I recommend your home to others needing a place to stay if coming to Cape May, N.J.
Thank you again, Michelle S. Malvern, PA

Quiet place about a mile from the beach & almost a mile to the mall. At least four of the bicycles are partly broken or problematic in some way, so bring your own or prepare to walk. We walked a lot & it was fine. The window AC units worked great & the house stays reasonably cool throughout the day even without them. Bathroom & showers were great, WiFi worked well, and kitchen appliances were great.

A very comfortable house, convenient to everything we wanted to do — beaches, shopping, restaurants, and even a playground for our young child. A lovely tree-lined, shady street, reminiscent of Cape May’s golden days.

My partner and I were so impressed with this cute, clean home! All the original charm has been carefully preserved but it still felt modern and cozy. It's a pleasant walk to Washington Street Mall under shady trees and along pretty houses and gardens. Getting to the beach from this location was really easy, and the owners provide bicycles to make it even easier, as well as some beach gear. There were plenty of towels and nice touches like throw blankets to help you feel right at home. The owners were really nice and easy to get in touch with. They were extremely gracious and made everything easy. Really enjoyed our stay in this perfectly located, sweet and cozy home.

The house suited us well. It's about a mile from the beaches and downtown shops. Clean, comfortable bed, easy check-in, good communication with property manager/owner. My wife used on one the bikes for a short ride. Just one note to those who like to cook for themselves - basic kitchen utensils, cutlery and tableware are provided, but may be less than what you might want. We'd recommend the property.

We stayed for 5 days and enjoyed every one. Our home was comfortable for four adults and conveniently located. Gina made the whole process easy. The backyard was so lovely especially when the lights came on at night.

Pros: great location, good communication with owner, plenty of room, good layout, airy and bright. brand new grill, nice bathrooms, comfortable beds
Cons: dated and worn feel, ants everywhere, holes in floor in kitchen, kitchen just too warm due to solar gain. Underpowered a/c units on hot days. Cheap countertop and appliances, not enough storage or food prep area in kitchen

The unit was bright and sunny and very quaint. We really enjoyed our stay. The steps into the unit were a little awkward and steep which made it a little tricky for one member of our family. Despite that, we would rent it again!

We had a great weekend in Cape May. The size of the home was perfect for our family of 5 with 3 little kids. We had everything we needed for a great weekend. Loved having coffee in the morning and our meals in the sunroom. It was easy to get to all locations in Cape May.

We stayed at this wonderful house in Cape May with our 3 year old and 8 month old. It was the perfect size home, with everything we needed. If you are traveling with children of similar ages, we were able to easily fit a pack and play in the largest bedroom for the baby, and our 3 year old loved the bottom bunk of the bunk bed room! It was an easy, beautiful walk down Washington Street to get to where we needed to go. The home was so clean, which was important to us as our 8 month old is all over the floor all of the time! The set up with having the kitchen open to the living room was also perfect to always have our eyes on the little ones. This was our first time traveling with our two bambinos and I must say, Gina's house made it the best trip ever! My older son wakes up every morning asking if we can go back! Highly recommend, and hope we can come back some day! Also, we had a few issues with the cable and Gina was so prompt with getting it fixed. I even left a very important item at the house when we left, and Gina was so easy to contact to get it back to me. I really appreciate all that she did to make our stay so wonderful.

This property is very cute! It's everything I needed for a relaxing few days in Cape May. Although older, it's in great shape and is beautifully appointed. The kitchen is small but has a full size range and fridge. The living and dining areas are large enough for a crowd. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and closet, the other with a bunkbed and a clothes rack. The bathrooms are on the small side, but have everything I needed. The best part of this house is all the windows - lots of sunshine throughout the house! The only problem I had was some sketchy internet. The owner was very helpful in trying to solve the problem. I enjoyed my stay.

Me, my husband and my mom stayed for a long weekend. Gina was absolutely wonderful to rent from. The house is extremely clean and exactly as represented in the pictures. The queen bed is one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. I plan on renting again!

We had a wonderful time staying at you 1st floor unit. Five of us had a great time shopping and eating weekend in Cape May. The house was so very nice, lots of character, the backyard was wonderful for happy hours, and the place was neat and clean. Really like the linens being included also. Thank you for being such a gracious host and for quickly responding to our questions. We will hopefully return next year!

You will rad a lot of reviews from people sayiing what great what great hosts they had for rentals, Or that they made you feel like their invited guests. Describing Gina that way would be a disservice. She is a top level hos

Our family just spent a week at this property and had such a nice time! The house was clean and comfortable. Having the sheets and towels included was great and made coming and going super easy! Good proximity to downtown with shops and restaurants as well as the beaches. The backyard area was also very nice and having access to the bikes and beach chairs were also a nice bonus for this property! We would definitely return for another stay!!

This was our first time in Cape May with our little 11mo old in tow and Gina's place was the perfect home base for us. Super clean, thoughtfully laid out, and quiet. (I'm especially sensitive about cleanliness right now because baby is crawling, so definitely appreciated that!)
We really liked the location - tree-lined street w/ super charming homes and a little away from the hubbub while still walkable (including nightly walks to Kohr bros for ice cream!) and central location for beaches, Zoo, Point, etc. Beach passes were included which was great.
One thing to note if you are travelling with a baby - both bathrooms are shower only. We just brought our baby tub and used it on the shower floor, which worked well.
We were a little apprehensive about the on street parking but never had any trouble finding a spot out front. Gina sent a comprehensive guide as well as her cell if we needed anything (we didn't, all was provided!) A lovely stay, thank you!

Beach trip with baby
We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time! The home was so adorable and the perfect size for me, my husband and our 15 month old son. (It would be a great size for a small family with 2 older kids as well as one room has bunk beds). The breakfast nook was great and the house came with all the little amenitities you’d want or need (shampoo, toiletries, dish soap, extra bedding, beach tags etc). Because we had a baby with us we were unable to use the bikes - but they would be perfect for a quick trip into town or to the beach! We walked to Congress Hall for happy hours/love music and various restaurants for dinner - walked the mall afterwards on our way home - and got to see the fireworks from the beach on the 4th of July! We brought a stroller wagon and lugged all of our gear & our little one to the beach each day that way. It was perfect bc at nap time he could lay down in the wagon and take a nap on the beach (waves were a natural sound machine!) - it would have been too far of a walk to simply carry the baby + gear without a wagon or stroller of some kind, just fyi. We’d definitely recommend. Thanks for the great stay!

Well-appointed property in great Cape May neighborhood
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this inviting property located in a well-established and historic section of Cape May. The common areas of the unit were bright and airy with a great beachy feel. The bedrooms were quite comfortable for our family. The outdoor area in the back was great for relaxing with a glass of wine after a day at the beach. Overall, a wonderful beach retreat.
