Welcome to the "Best of Boat Worlds"! Beaching and Boating, SeaSpray 802 has something for everyone! Vacation with us and bring your Boat, Kayak, Paddle boards and Jet Skis! Located directly on the Gulf overlooking 300 feet of pristine white sandy beaches. We are located beachside in the West Building. Across the street is the River building which overlooks Ol' River and Marina. SeaSpray at Perdido Key offers 3 swimming pools, a hot tub, fitness center, tennis and pickle ball courts, a BBQ grill area, and our beautiful Marina with boat launch. Nineteen boat slips are available for guests on a first come first serve basis. Contact host for details if you plan on bringing your boat. Sailing, boating, jet skiing, kayaking, fishing, and biking are just a few of the activities the area has to offer.
Perdido Key meaning "Lost Island" in Spanish, is the perfect place to get lost from the hustle and bustle and unwind! Located just past Orange Beach, less than 2 miles from the Florabama. A short drive down to Gulf Shores and Fort Morgan. Moments away are some of the best restaurants serving local cuisine and live music, the Naval Air Museum in Pensacola, home to the Blue Angels, the Navy's flight demonstration team. Minutes from the Gulf Islands National Seashore where you can walk for miles along uninhabited natural seashore. Near the Lost Key Golf Club's championship course designed by the Arnold Palmer. When you're ready to venture off the resort, you'll find plenty of entertainment whether you're looking to dine out, shop, or play golf! We've got it all!
We manage our own Vacation Rentals and make sure they have everything that we like to have when on vacation. We spend a lot of time in our condos and put in lots of extras to make it truly a Home away from Home! Unit 802 has been recently updated with High End Luxury finishes. Truly a Nautical Retreat! The Master Bedroom has a King size bed and ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a custom tiled walk in shower.
The Guest Bedroom offers 2 queen size beds and the guest bathroom has new granite countertops and a tub/shower combo with custom tile. There is a sofa bed in the living room so there's room to sleep up to 8.
The kitchen has top of the line stainless appliances and is fully stocked with pots, pans, rice cooker, crock pot, regular coffee maker and a Keurig. There is also a wine fridge and fully stocked bar area with cocktail glassware.
You must obtain a parking pass from the office when you arrive. They allow 2 parking passes. Parking pass prices are currently $40 plus tax and processing per vehicle per stay and subject to change as they are determined by the HOA. Contact host for details if you want to verify current parking price. Additional fees will apply for Boat slips. Contact host for details if you plan on bringing your boat.
We offer a variety of games for rainy days and even a guitar for the musicians!
You won't find another condo as well equipped and comfortable as this one!

This condo is a smoke free facility and you must be 25 years of age to rent here. Spring Break parties are not welcome here. Absolutely no refunds if your age is misrepresented.
**All guests are required to submit a photo copy of their Drivers License or Governmental ID, their Mailing Address, Email Address and Phone number upon booking. This can be sent by text or email. You are also required to digitally sign our rental agreement. Your booking will not be complete until you have provided this information and digitally signed the rental agreement
*** Guests are required to provide credit card information for a security deposit. A $500 security hold will be placed on your credit card. The security hold will be released if there are no damages when you depart
***If you are staying with us during Hurricane Season (June-November) we highly recommend that you purchase Trip Insurance. The Cancellation policy will not change due to hurricanes.
**** There may be times when we or our Homeowners Association needs to do routine maintenance or inspections during your stay. Monthly pest control is part of the maintenance in our building. This is how we keep our property and building in tip top shape. We will notify you should something come up during your stay. You must allow them access should something arise during your stay.
NOTE: Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, it is not guaranteed that it will work to the best of its ability. We do recommend that if you need Wi-Fi for work or pleasure that you bring a hot spot. Limited Tech Support Available. There will be no refund for interruptions in Wi-Fi Service.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Adorable decor, right on the white sand beach with private beach access and Rebekah was an amazing host. Checkin and checkout was seamless. The place was well stocked with all the essentials and the view was immaculate . We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had everything we needed and more! It was an absolute perfect spot for our girls getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked with all kitchen needs. It was clean and comfortable. Best of all it was convenient! The walk to the elevator, to the room, to the beach is all just steps! Theres a market across the street and everything else is a short drive away. This condo had all the extra amenities one could think of such as beach towels and 4 chairs, which came in handy after the umbrella service goes away between 5-6:00. Kitchen utensils were aplenty with good brands I would use at home, which made cooking meals enjoyable. Binoculars also available for catching a glimpse at the sea life displayed off the balcony, not to mention a guitar if you are musically inclined. Management was quick to respond to any questions I had. Modern, clean, and great location away from other high rise clusters. I would highly recommend.

Condo is warm and welcoming! Decor is so cozy. Lots of really nice touches and thoughtfulness went into this condo. Short boardwalk to the sand. Nice pool. Kitchen fully stocked! Clean and comfortable all the way around. Short distance to Orange Beach to visit yet be away from crowds. Flora-Bama is right up the road as well.

Everything from the amazing guest service, spectacular condo, and breathtaking views exceeded my expectations!!! We saw dolphins swimming every morning from the convenience of our balcony, as well as sea eagles and pelicans getting their catch of the day! Truly incredible!! The property is just as described. It has been updated with nice finishes and furnishings, which made for a very comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen, including all the coffee making options we needed, even a coffee grinder and french press. The king-sized bed was comfortable, too. The rental process was easy and communication with Rebekah was excellent, both before and during our stay. The condo buildings seem to have a good maintenance and cleaning crew; we saw them several days cleaning and doing maintenance work.

This Perdido Key condo was so perfect and think I would rate it as probably our all time favorite rental - and we travel quite a bit as a family. HIGHLY recommend booking this one if available.
We booked this condo to spend Christmas with our x 3 teen boys after the last property canceled on us due to issues with renovations there. It did not disappoint!
What a PERFECT place! There was plenty of space for the five of us.
You can tell by the touches that it is not just an investment property... The owner had all lots of Christmasy decor that made it extra special (Grinch pillows, mini tree, gingerbread cookies , Christmas signs up, etc.)
The owner went the extra mile to communicate with us and make sure we got there safely (left a blizzard in Wisconsin to drive there) and that we got into the condo without issue. Incredibly, she oh-so-kindly offered to get us in two days early if we wanted to, since the condo was not booked. That speaks volumes re the kind of owner she is. Top notch.

The condo ocean view from the 8th floor condo is UNBELIEVABLE. Breathtaking. The million dollar view you can see when you are anywhere in the kitchen/dining/living area.
This whole part of the condo is bright, sunny and absolutely spotless. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean it was - sparkling. The property itself is quiet...we did not hear anyone else.
The furnishings (beds, living room furniture, dining room set) are all high end and so tastefully put together. The vibe is straight out of a Restoration Hardware catalog! 😍 The couches, chairs and beds are super comfy.
The whole condo is well stocked with cookware - lots of pots, pans, knives, etc. There are tons of “extras” - cookie sheets, kitchen gadgets like a toaster oven, parchment paper, etc.
There are plenty of bath towels. Grab some trash bags, laundry detergent, TP and paper towel @ Publix.There was a starter supply provided. Bring some towels for the pool/beach. There are a couple of beach chairs available. The condo has 2 pools as well.
The beach was so quiet/peaceful/awesome. On our late morning runs, we spotted no more than maybe 5 people on the beach . There is a volleyball net on the beach right outside the condo on the beach, which was cool.
The pickle ball courts (and a tennis court) were great - across the street . There is a nice little gym on-site with a treadmill, hand weights, a few other weight and cardio machines.
There is an outside entrance to the condo and elevator to get up to the condo (or stairs). We had zero issues with the property.
I loved the quieter location within Perdido Key. It seemed quite a bit busier in either direction of the condo, but where we were, it was much more relaxed....probably because part of the beach is protected (state park, I believe).

We found the "Best of Boat Worlds" to be just as described: fully-stocked, especially the kitchen; comfortable beds and furniture; tastefully appointed; pristine pool, and fully-equipped exercise room; beach access which could not have been any closer or handier. We did not have to contact the owner for anything, as full instructions were provided for every aspect of our stay. Rebekah was very courteous and caring in any communication, whether email or text. We hope to be able to return to the property in the future.

We had a wonderful time. The condo complex is nice and the condo itself is beautiful. View from the 8th floor to the ocean is incredible. Saw many pods of dolpins. White sand beach and beach chair umbrella service are nice.
I recommend the sunset catamaran cruise at the Wharf.

The beach front view is amazing. We were close enough to keep an eye on our crew on the beach while watching from the full-length windows inside the condo. I just experienced a little slice of paradise! Even before entering, I was pleased with updated communication as needed, ease of parking and checking in. The office staff is super friendly and there’s even books & puzzles to borrow. Good thing because I forgot my beach book! Although I looked at your photos online, it was unbelievably even more beautiful in person. I could live here! Your condo has EVERYTHING needed & more! I definitely overpacked because you already thought of everything! This is the most spacious, clean, equipped, inviting, comfortable (seriously wanted to bring the bed home) property that Ive ever stayed and will be back asap to enjoy more Paradise. The balcony is perfect for enjoying morning coffee or late night cocktails while overlooking to beautiful view. The beach is RIGHT THERE! Just a hop, skip & jump away from the room. TWO swimming pools & a hot tub were cleaned daily and well maintained, great for adults & kids too. Sunset was also the perfect opportunity for family pictures. The beach called & I answered. I’m looking forward to when it calls again.

Amazing beach condo
The condo was perfect! The view from the well appointed balcony was a relaxing place to start and end each day. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment, pots/pans and dishes. There is even an electric tea pot which makes me happy (but 2 coffee makers for the coffee crowd). The beds are comfy and there are plenty of bath towels. I will definitely return!!
