As this home incorporates decorative touches from both the surrounding paradise and contemporary styles, the theme is tropical modernity. Sunlight fills the rooms through the many windows and brightens the boat deck-inspired floors and sand white walls. Cozy furnishings and coastal décor further enhance the calming ambience. After a day of fun, sit back on the comfy sectional couch and enjoy your favorite shows on the wall-mounted television in the living room. This room even opens up to the lanai, so you’ll be able to enjoy both the comforts of the interior and exterior at the same time.
The contemporary kitchen features barstool chairs along the island-style quartz countertop and comes with all of the modern appliances and cookware that you need to serve a family dinner or a seaside snack on the lanai.
When it’s time to wind down, every bedroom comes with plenty of closet and drawer space, as well as windows to give you with a constant view of the outdoors. The master bedroom, in particular, along with its access to the lanai, features a wall-mounted television and en suite bathroom with his-and-her sinks, a walk-in shower, and luxuriating bathtub.
The property offers three different cooling devices: air conditioning, ceiling fans, and night winds off the waterway. The home is walking distance to the public beach access and our favorite restaurants.
Marco Island Vacation Properties were amazing and helpful. Elizabeth was very friendly at arrival. The previous guests spilled something on the sofa, they sent a service over to clean it within in hours of us telling them of the stain. They were professional and accommodating. We highly recommend MIVP, Inc. We would definitely rent this house again.
