We were in town for a wedding in Asheville. The house had plenty of space for 4 adults. My son-in-law loved the stream in back. Enjoyed hearing the stream whenever we were outside. Fenced yard was perfect for dogs. Very quiet environment and perfect distance from Asheville.

We had a great time at this property and look forward to coming back!
It had everything we needed and we enjoyed the deer that would visit in the evening.
Very flawless check-in and check-out.

This house is in a nice spot in Fairview. It was a bit different than pictured- mainly smaller and the creek was only accessible in a very small area- no wandering down the creek as I had imagined because of grumpy neighbors that yelled at us to “get off their property “ (in the creek..?) but the backyard was fenced nicely and perfect for the dog. The 3rd bedroom is separate from the other 2 (on total opposite sides of the house) - this was great for our teenager, but I would been uneasy putting young kids in this room so far from our own- with the dining area, back door, kitchen, living room, and a hallway separating us. There are an inexplicable amount of TVs in this home -1 in every bedroom, one in the dining room and another in the living room. If you do not want your kids using them- just hide the remotes. There was a hiccup with the water system which I called about and they fixed right away. There were a couple of lamps with shorts in them, and several places on the walls that needed repair/ a paint job. The internet worked great which was important for us as my husband had to work part of the time we were there. Overall is was pretty good- the big fenced backyard was the best part.

Nice older home with beautiful modern updates. The pictures are accurate. Thought the creek was closer and easier to access. We did get to enjoy it, but the steps climbing up and down are very steep. Only 30 mins to lake lure and chimney rock. My fur babies loved the yard and I loved that it was fully fenced in. Overall we had a peaceful comfortable stay.

We were in town for a wedding and this location was perfect. Only issue is there are no drawers to place items from your suitcase but there are closets with hanging options. It had everything else we needed and more. We enjoyed our stay.

Great house on the creek. Home had everything we needed for a lovely stay. Home did show a few little signs of wear but it is a rental after all. We had all the basics and they supplied a book with recommendations which was helpful. Location was fantastic!!! Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful and relaxing
This was a very comfortable property that provided a relaxing environment. The kitchen is wonderful with an adequate amount of amenities. The beds were comfortable and there are plenty of TVs should you have a rainy day.
I would book this place again should we return to the area.
