BOTH BEDROOMS GULF FRONT!
Our vacation rental sleeps 10 in beds, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen size beds in the second bedroom a twin over full bunkbed in the hallway nook and a queen size hide-a-bed in the living area. Living room has a cable TV. Both bedrooms also have cable TVs.
The dining table seats 6, and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar. The kitchen includes all stainless steel major appliances including microwave and dishwasher, also included dishes, cutlery, etc. and a Washer/Dryer in the utility area.
Long Beach is located on sugar white beaches in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort is gated with 24 hour on site security. It is near family entertainment, golf, restaurants, shopping, and more. From your balcony you will enjoy an extraordinary oceanfront view with breathtaking sunsets, accessible from the living area and both bedrooms (see floor plan below).
Lounge and swim at any of our three pools with hot tubs, including a 6500 square foot lagoon pool with island water falls. There is also an on-site rental facility for jet-ski and para-sail activities.
Parking fee is $20.00+tax, per stay, per vehicle, which is included in the reservation.

Unit 804 is beautifully decorated and newly renovated, however the issues with Building Tower 4 will keep me from ever staying in this rental again. The elevator experience for my 7 day start was horrible. Only 2 elevators for a 14 floor building. Only one elevator worked most of my stay and both were down some days forcing everyone to use the stairs. The right side elevator malfunctioned often - flickering lights, stopping randomly, falling several floors, and getting stuck. It trapped guests twice and the fire department was called to rescue them. An ambulance was called once for injured guests due to the elevators falling. The elevators are a vital and necessary function of a multi floor condo unit. Part of what I am paying for in a vacation is a functioning and safe building, which the elevators in Tower 4 are not.Unit 804 Negative:Unit could have been cleaner Door code didn’t work Broken recliner leans to the side and is uncomfortable Tub shower curtain full of mildew The water temp handle for the tub fell off dailyNo smart TVsOnly a small 4 cup coffee makerBalcony door hard to open and shut Gym was closed Not enough towels and only 1 dish towel AC malfunctioned our last day No kid friendly plastic dishes Make sure to bring your own beach towels, tp, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, dish washer tablets, laundry detergent, hand soap, Clorox wipes, and dish sponge/brush.Unit 804 Positive: Couch, dining table, balcony furniture, and beds were comfortableGreat water pressure Includes a box fan and a small fanFree standing drying rack Extension cord power strip in bedroomsBuilt in bunk bed is very nice WiFi is goodLots of outlets All pools were very nice with close bathrooms that were clean and well lit Pathway to the beach is wooden and does include a few stepsParking lot is good si

We really enjoyed this condo!! It was very clean and the 8th floor was perfect for gazing at the beach on the balcony. It had everything we needed, we didnt cook much but did see that the kitchen was well stocked with silverware and cooking items. Nicely updated and very well kept!!! We will definitely remember this one for future vacations!! Thanks so much!!!!

Overall i really like but must improve with cleaning. To be clean in special for a family with children it is a must. The rugs in bathrooms was dirty with hair and floor also was dirty. The bathtub curtain was molded and in the master bedroom the curtain was broken.

Our week in PCB was perfect. We loved everything about this condo. It was beautiful, clean, comfortable beds, amazing showers! Location was perfect. I was chaperoning a senior trip of girls and they loved how they could walk to Pineapple Willy’s every day. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone. Absolutely perfect!!

The condo was excellent, very roomy for 6 adults and 1 child. I feel it could have accommodated 8 adults and 3 children.Regardless, it was perfect.The beds slept well, even the pull out bed in the living room was fair.It was clean, we could have used more towels, but we just washed them as we went.There was plenty of room to sit down for a family meal, and we spent most of our time on the roomy balcony with lots of seating. We watched dolphins and stingrays all day.

This is a wonderful property! As a family of 5, we enjoyed all the sleeping options. The bunk bed space was fun and all beds were surprisingly comfortable for a rental. There were plenty of pillows and extra bedding/blankets. All rooms have nice flatscreen tvs, however they are not smart tvs so you might need to plan ahead and bring roku/firestick/appletv.
The kitchen was well stocked with great cutlery, knives, skillets- all great quality. We enjoyed both spacious dining areas. There is a coffee maker, blender, but no crockpot.
We chose this rental to accommodate someone with a bad back. Having a recliner was a must. Sadly, this recliner is uneven, which you can't tell from the pictures, so if are in need of a recliner-take note.
Both bathrooms seem to be recently renovated. They are spacious, nice and have great showerheads. Hairdryer in both/only one worked.
The dryer does tend to need to run twice to get everything completely dry.
The only thing keeping this rental from being absolutely perfect is the lack of beach chairs/toys/boogie boards, and the lack of streaming capabilities. The rental comes with access to two of the blue lounge chairs on the beach, however those are picked up at 4.
Long beach is a great location in itself! Every bedroom and main room has breathtaking floor to ceiling views of the beach. There is a heated pool between towers 3-4. Families with small kids-don't book during spring break.
Overall-we are already planning to come back to this unit!

Beautiful, updated condo that looks just like the photos. We loved our time there. The floor to ceiling windows make the view available from everywhere. Really liked being able to open the bedroom door to the balcony and let the sea air inside. Also enjoyed the chairs on the balcony for laying in the sunshine. Awesome place!!!

This place was amazing! I would definitely give it a 10 ! Clean! Nice! Amazing views from the balcony. We'll be rebooking the property manager was awesome! We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Beautifull condo. Terrible elevators. One was broken entire week we were there. Long waits. Other one was out of service one morning. Leaving us to climb down eight flights with a cane. My only other complaint is the gates to the beach should be muffled. Gate banging late into night.

We stay at Long Beach every spring and fall this condo has been one of our favorites. I will stay here again just because the water pressure in the shower is unbeatable lol 4 daughters plus myself, usually showers after beach days take forever but not here! I also loved that they didn’t skimp out on anything. Small details like the outlets near the beds, lights in the bunk beds, fans in the kids rooms were all awesome. Only thing I would change if I could was TV upgrades. Even a cheaper end smart tv so we can sign into our Netflix at night. We had the best time and will be back in the spring.

The condo was beautiful. Very nicely decorated and comfortable furniture. It was clean and had a breathtaking view of the ocean. The balcony was spacious for all of us to enjoy. We had a problem with the king bed and it was fixed quickly. We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful! Everything is crisp clean, white grays and blues. All newly updated. Granite countertops, tile backsplashes in the kitchen. Tile showers in both bathrooms.High pressure water!! Soft comfortable new leather furniture! Washer and dryer are big in size and work very well. Every room and bathroom is so spacious. The balcony is very spacious and plenty of room with spectacular views! We have two team kids who love this condo so much as well. There are three or four pools that are with this condo unit, highly suggest the lazy River beachy pool. We all love that so much!! The PO le had live entertainment, drinks and snacks that you can buy while lounging. Family friendly atmospheres. The beach is right outside your condo and it's so pretty. We have been coming to Florida to Okaloosa island, Miramar Beach and panama. This is our top favorite trip of all time! I do believe we might just be booking this place again. Everything is conveniently around the condo. We did not have to travel very far at all for anything.

This condo is absolutely beautiful! Whoever renovated this condo did an amazing job! Everything in the condo was well thought out. Our children loved the built in bunk bed. The balcony is roomy. We loved having a full table outside. Our only complaint is the property itself is a bit older. Minimal lighting at/in the pools at night and the hot tubs were too hot to get into (at lest to us). This did not keep us from having a great time. We will definitely rent again if it is available.

The condo was in a great area, and we had a beautiful view. The condo could have been cleaner, but we got the broom and Clorox wipes and took care of it. Dishwasher, washer and dryer, and oven worked great. It was good enough for a week long girls trip!

The property itself is "not that young", but it was clean and well maintained. Check in process is easy and straight forward. We loved a big balcony with furniture and the vies the big windows provided. Very close to Walmart and some other minor shops, so that was very convenient. The outside of the building could use some updates and some cleaning, but nothing that will affect your stay. It was great to have a couple of heated pools for the kids to play. Our family likes to make foods ourselves, so we did miss some of the pans and bowls, but again nothing we couldn't improvise without. Overall great stay, tons of sunsets, white beach, clean condo, easy check in, close shopping and a very reasonable price. Recommend!!

Property was dirty, food in the fridge, dirty linens on the floor. I had to clean the bathrooms and do laundry before we could use them. After doing laundry and running dishwasher the whole unit smelled like sewage.

The condo was nice and the renovations are beautiful. The 8th floor is not too high, we had a great view. Everything was clean and pretty. There is not a rug in the master so the floor was a bit cool in the mornings but that is minor. There was an awful smell coming from one of the vents in the living room. We got some candles and that helped. The beds are not very comfortable, but there was a topper on the bed in the master so that helped quite a bit.
The furniture set up in the living room and on the balcony was great. Overall we had a great stay!
