About this villa rental
For those wishing to walk into town this is possible down a new track in the daytime. By car, the Old Town is just 5 minutes away with its quaint Ottoman style shuttered buildings and cobbled streets, fabulous restaurants (many of which are roof top), shops, bars and harbour area.
Ground Floor – Villa Begonvil
The open plan living area contains a well-equipped kitchen, with dining table and chairs seating up to 6 people and a baby’s highchair. A built-in oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, gas hob, washing machine, toaster, Turkish toaster, kettle, coffee machine, iron and ironing board are also provided.
The lounge area has an L-shaped sofa and 2 chairs, with flat screen smart TV. Glass sliding doors lead out from both the kitchen and lounge onto the pool terrace. There is also a WC on this level.
First Floor – Villa Begonvil
Stairs with a handrail lead to the first floor where two en-suite bedrooms can be found, one with a king size bed and one with twin beds. Both have a balcony with rattan chairs and a side table and good sea views overlooking Kalamar Bay.
Top Floor – Villa Begonvil
The top floor has a spacious double bedroom with jacuzzi bath in the bedroom, travel cot and enormous shower room. Glass sliding doors access the villa’s impressive roof terrace, which has far-reaching views over Kalamar Bay and surrounding area, and is furnished with 2 wooden sunbeds and 2 chairs and side table. The roof terrace has the best sea views of all and is perfect for enjoying an evening drink whilst relaxing and taking in the beautiful sunsets.

Bedroom 3 – Double en-suite master bedroom, jacuzzi bath, dressing table with mirror, wardrobe with full length mirror, TV, travel cot. Access to the villa’s roof terrace and stunning far-reaching views.
Villa Begonvil Outside
Villa Begonvil has a great outdoor space in the form of a large terrace with 8 x 3m pool (1.55m deep) with ladder and which occupies the sun all day long. Surrounding the pool are 6 wooden sunbeds with side tables, and 2 parasols.
A shady pergola dining area with a wooden table and rattan chairs, plus comfortable L-shaped rattan sofa seating with coffee table can also be found on the main terrace seating 6 people. There is also a rattan swing seat for 2 people. An off-road parking space for 1 car is included within the grounds of Villa Begonvil.
