Nestled in a garden and 850m from the beach, this large property renovated with taste is located in a privileged and quiet area.
The house offers an exceptional living environment with its large volumes. It is bathed in sunshine, the terrace delicately shaded by vegetation offers a sea view. You will also enjoy a garden with its large heated pool.
It is an ideal place to relax with family or friends to the rhythm of the Mediterranean climate.
Included in the rental: WIFI, end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, bath towels, parking spaces and your first consumables (coffee, toilet paper, garbage bag, washing-up liquid, dishwasher and washing machine capsules).
A deposit of 1500€ will be requested by the host. For bookings of less than 2 weeks blocked on account, released at your exit. For bookings of more than 2 weeks, it will be cashed by credit card and refunded at the exit.
To guarantee your comfort and the quality of service we have had this property classified as furnished 3-star tourist by an approved organization. This also reduces the cost of the tourist tax.

The garden of 1700 m² offers a soothing setting. Enjoy the private heated swimming pool. The commissioning and heating of the pool are from the 1st week of the Easter holidays (French school holidays) until the last week of the All Saints holidays (French school holidays). It’s secured by an alarm.
The location of the house is ideal. Access to the beaches of La Ciotat is a 10-minute walk away. You are 500m from the “voie douce”, green and pedestrian way that takes you to the old port and historic city center. You can also borrow it by scooter, rollerblading or bike.
The house is inverted with the living space upstairs to enjoy the sea view. The living room with open kitchen offers generous volumes with a high ceiling and 60m². Its double exposure, its many windows and bay windows make it the main room of the house. A piano is at your disposal.
This space has direct access to the large terrace with dining area and outdoor lounge. The whole offers a sea view. The terrace gives access to the garden by an external staircase.
It is a place of natural conviviality where you can share good times with your loved ones.
On this same level is 1 master suite with bathroom, 2 bedrooms with double beds and desk. One of these bedrooms is a 12m² office with a sofa bed of very good quality. A shower room is available for these bedrooms.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned, equipped with wardrobes and recent and quality bedding.
On the ground floor you have two bedrooms equipped with 2 single beds each and fitted wardrobes. The beds are new. A desk has been added in one of the 2 bedrooms.

Icing on the cake, a large playroom with a living room, corner sofa, TV, table. It is the ideal place to meet, young and old, around a board game or a good movie.
A kitchen (renovation not yet finalized) is adjoining with a bar. It is very practical because it allows you to store all your food for the barbecue in the garden accessible from this playroom by the two bay windows.
This level is air-conditioned by a unique air conditioning in the living room which, linked to the thickness of the walls of the house, allows to keep a comfortable temperature even in summer.
