House was beautifully decorated and plenty room for my family. Everyone enjoyed the large pool and hot tub. We did have a problem with the outside grill but once they were notified we had a new grill the same day. We would definitely return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There a few minor equipment issues but were quickly resolved by property management. The house was spacious, clean, and close proximity to the beach.

Property is in a great location but that’s about it. The house seems like it used to be nice but it’s evident that the property management company has been delinquent in their oversight. The dish washer and hot tub were broken, the internet was intermittent at best, and the glass in the back door had a huge crack. Again great location but if the current management company continues on this pace I hate to see what this place will look like in a few years.

FYI. The bottom drawer of the dishwasher is missing two wheels which makes it impossible to pull out or push in. A cushion is missing on the outside chair of the second floor. The cleaning people are not cleaning under the furniture, or in the closets, or around the edges of the walls and in the corners. The living room furniture and pillows need replacing. They are worn out and stained. The head board in west side of the second floor is falling apart. The hot tub would not heat up for us on Monday January 1st, even though it was showing a flame. We had a good time, but I would not recommend this house to anyone.. It is not worth the price or ridiculous fees.

Pool spa, lights and waterfall did not work as advertised. Several attempts to correct but never functioned properly. House was dirty. Couch full of black hairs and cherries. Refrigerator not clean. TV in one bedroom broken and although management told us upon checkin they were replacing, did not for THREE days. Lounge chairs at pool broken, never replaced although kept saying Trey would. We were told we would receive reimbursement for all lack of amenities but DID NOT. Was told would receive Marriott mikes. Did not. Too many people in communication line. Some said one thing; others said different. Very disappointing.

This house was absolutely perfect! Pool was fantastic and even cool for July! We will definitely book again for our family reunions! LOVED THE LOCATION! Communications with manager were quick too!

Overall the house is great. It is three stories but has an elevator (anyone with mobility issues be aware). The access to the beach was the best part and the views were amazing. The furniture choices were very uncomfortable. We were excited to use the spa/pool combo but had so many difficulties. The app to control the spa temp. is ONLY AVAILABLE FOR APPLE DEVICES. The property managers were unhelpful and kept claiming this was not true. There should have been a tablet to use there but it was not there. Even the pool guy who came over to help said the app was not available for not apple users. We ended up having to manually turn the heat up and down and off and on which was located next to the house on a platform, which was highly inconvienant. When trying to get further help with this issue the property managers said they would send someone but didnt and stopped responding to my emails. For the price we spent it was very dissapointing.

Our stay was wonderful! The best part was king size beds and bathrooms for all seven bedrooms. The decor was gorgeous, and the house was incredibly clean. Only recommendation I have is to provide enough essential supplies for the full stay instead of just a starter pack. Also, it would be great if they provided containers with lids to store your leftovers and food in the refrigerator. I would 100% stay here again!

We had the best time staying here on our visit to Orange Beach. The house is impeccably designed, decorated, very clean, and full of everything you need. There are several great restaurants very close by, as well. The private beach access spoiled us as you feel as though you have the beach to yourself. We loved getting to have our own pool and hot tub and used both every day. We are already looking forward to our next trip back!
