Located in Ocean City's premier building, The Plaza, this large (1600 sq ft) 3bed/2bath unit has the best view of both the ocean and the bay. Enjoy the sunrise from your private oceanfront balcony or while laying in bed in the master. Spend the day lounging in the heated outdoor pool, at the beach, shopping at Ocean City outlets, using the hot tub, sauna, or indoor pool, or tons of fun at local amusement parks or other fun activities. Then return to your spacious, well equipped home to enjoy the ocean views and sunset on your private bay balcony or while laying in bed in the 3rd bedroom.

Step inside to find an updated, air-conditioned living space with newly renovated living room, bed rooms, and master bath. The living room features new furniture, new paint, a brand new 65" Samsung Smart 4k TV. The Bed rooms have all been renovated, including new paint and new floors in 2 of the bedrooms. The master bath is totally revamped with a brand new shower with 2 grab bars and new vanity. Enjoy free high-speed WiFi for unlimited devices.

The Plaza Condominiums is an oceanfront property in North Ocean City, with grounds that include indoor and outdoor pools (Heated), a kiddie pool, a half-acre sundeck, a hot tub, a sauna, an oceanfront lounge, and an outdoor bar and grill come summertime. In this wonderful location, you'll be close to all sorts of restaurants, shops, conveniences, miniature golf courses, and nightlife in the surrounding blocks of Coastal Highway. Head less than two miles north to Northside Park or two miles further to Fenwick Island, or go south for the day to Jolly Roger Amusement Park and the heart of the Ocean City Boardwalk (approximately four miles south).

The unit Includes 2 car parking spots with a one-time $80 registration fee paid upon arrival - In Season Only (April 1st - November 1st).

Heated Outdoor Pool is open Memorial - Labor Day. Sometimes earlier or later weather permitting at the discretion of the building. Please ask if you are curious about pool openings during your stay :). Indoor pool and Sauna open year round.

Owner reserves the right to make changes or improvements. Unit may vary slightly from pictures. We finished the painting, installing window treatments, master bath remodeling and flooring updates to two bedrooms in March/April 2022. It should be noted that dogs have been in the unit.

We enjoyed the wonderful ocean and sound views from the corner apartment. It even has sort a private terrace just outside of it. The Plaza is nicely located in north OC, with outdoor and indoor pools although rather small for the number of apartments in the building. We found most every thing we needed for our stay, mostly in good condition. There was no gym in the building as we expected. Internet access was fine for the first three days until Comcast experienced technical problems (possible due to a thunderstorm) and was mostly down for a couple of days. Overall, we had a good vacation week.

We had an issue with the door and the owner was very quick to remedy the issue. The condo was lovely and had a great ocean view. The condo was comfortable, with plenty of seating. We gave it 5 stars!

Enjoyed the unit, everything clean and well kept. Rooms very large and accommodating. Only 1 complaint, however. Couldn’t figure out the ROKU tv setup. Couldn’t get regular CBS, ABC or NBC stations. Overall, enjoyed our stay in the unit.

This is the first time we’ve stayed ocean side—we really enjoyed the view from both balconies! Being on the end feels more private. The location is great with only a couple blocks to Liquid Assets, Bull on the Beach, and breakfast at Laytons. The owners were super responsive to questions and any issues that came up. Definitely will return.

This place was more than what we imagined! It’s an end unit. The pictures posted gave a true indication of the property. The host was great! She answered all our questions. This is our first time staying in an end unit at the Plaza. Having the extra room, 2 balconies, and an extra window on the side was wonderful. There was plenty of room for everyone with three bedrooms. Everything we could have wanted was provided. The owners were amazing and I one hundred percent recommend staying at their place. We were in Ocean City for a short week's vacation the beginning of June. This condo is absolutely beautiful and just as described in the listing. Beautiful, bright and airy with plenty of space. The tv is awesome and the beds are very comfortable. The balconies are roomy and great view of the beach. Owners were quick to reply to any concerns. Beth, thank you for use of the beach chairs and umbrella and helping to make our vacation enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was a wonderful unit, very clean, very comfortable, well equipped kitchen with everything we needed (loved the waffle maker 😊). The hosts are the best, very quick with corresponding, very helpful, very kind. This unit being and end unit is an added bonus as you have a private bay side patio to watch the beautiful sunsets, in addition to the oceanfront patio to watch the sunrises. We love the Plaza building and all its amenities. We look forward to staying here again!!

Great large nicely decorated condo right on the beach. The views are fantastic. The moon rising over the ocean from the front balcony as the sun was setting from the rear balcony was beautiful. Unit was fully equipped with whatever you may need. The owner responded quickly to any questions. You would be happy if you chose this one.

We had a family gathering of 9. We had kids aged 3,4 and 6 years old in our party. They loved the pools and beach. The unit was roomy, well equipped and clean. The view is a 10. We would rent the unit again next season but looks like it is all booked up!

The property was awesome overall! The location couldn't have been better....a quick drive to the boardwalk but far enough away to offer a bit more peaceful atmosphere.....with plenty of restaurants and entertainment options within walking distance. The condo looked exactly like the photos. The oceanfront balcony was our happy place. The fact that it is a corner unit was very appreciated since it allowed us extra space to put all our beach supplies without hauling sandy tents, etc into the condo itself. The condo also had sufficient room for our group of 10. It was well stocked with spices, games, cookware, some beach chairs, etc.... The hosts were very quick to respond to our questions. Our only slight complaint with the condo was the second bathroom shower pressure could have been better. The PLAZA could improve access for handicapped people. There were no ramps or pool lifts and the lift to lower wheelchairs down to beach level was marked "out of order" during our stay--until the last day when we saw it being used to lift bar supplies. Overall, our stay was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again.

Our entire family enjoyed the condo at The Plaza. Spectacular views of the ocean and the bay and plenty of windows to open allowing us to listen to the gentle waves of the ocean all night long. The location allowed for privacy and a peaceful environment. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. Our week spent there was absolutely wonderful.
