Located just minutes from all of the amenities of Daytona, but far enough south to enjoy a quiet and relaxing stay. This section of the beach does not allow vehicles on the beach.
Private, gated condo with secure parking.
King bed in master. Bunk bed and twin bed with trundle in second bedroom. Two full baths. Currently sleeps 6 (2 in King and 1 per twin bed)
Free wifi. Roku TVs with free standard Spectrum cable.

- The Town of Ponce Inlet requires owners to keep IDs, updated home address, and vehicle information including license plate number on file for each tenant above 18yrs of age.
- Ring doorbell on front door is only camera in use
- There is a locked Owner's closet that is unavailable for renter's use
- 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom and 2 paper towel rolls provided to all guests regardless of length of stay. Any rolls beyond those provided are responsibility of guests.
