Soundbreeze Sunset offers views of the lush green fairways of the Nags Head Golf Links in the exclusive community of The Village at Nags Head. This is the ideal home for a peaceful getaway to the Outer Banks. The spacious decks provide ample opportunities to enjoy the sound views and the awesome OBX sunsets. The bright and airy great room is perfect for relaxing, dining and with the fully equipped kitchen, you'll want to prepare your favorite meals for everyone to enjoy. The sunroom on the top level and the den on the lower level provide extra spots to relax and enjoy a book or some games.
After your busy day at the beach or at the community pool relax in your private hot tub on the mid-level deck. Bringing in the luggage and groceries will be a breeze with the elevator that has access to all levels. Dogs are family too so bring them along for this adventure.

Beach Access: Just a quick drive to the beach! Turn out of the driveway onto W Baymeadow Drive. Cross the bypass (Hwy. 158) onto Epstein St. Head south to the Town Hall beach access. The access offers a paved parking lot, a wooden walkway to the beach and lifeguard (in-season).
No Smoking/Vaping. Pet Friendly-Dogs Only.

Pet-Friendly homes allow up to 2 dogs max per stay. There is an additional $25 nightly fee for bringing pets, please let us know if and how many pets you are bringing at the time of booking.
All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund as the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations.

Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
