About this house rental
Light filled serene home with lake views. Located in quiet expansive block with lots of space and brimming with native life.
The large open architecturally designed house has been fully renovated and presents as new. It has been beautifully decorated incorporating new comfortable furniture and bedding. There is a cooks kitchen fitted out for the great meals or simply to enjoy others food, where the whole family can interact over the breakfast bar and dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances including the usual kettle, toaster, sandwich press, coffee machine (Aldi Pods) and various other items. The outside deck also has a dining table and the requisite BBQ to cook all those freshly caught fish.
This property is an excellent option for families and friends looking to escape for a relaxing and private coastal holiday with views from every room and the outside deck. Its secluded quiet location provides the opportunity to watch or interact with native animals and birds. These range from a mob of kangaroos who often come over at dusk for a feed of lawn to extensive bird varieties and even the occasional koala can be seen or heard.
The property is three large bedrooms, with a bathroom and expansive ensuite. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has 2 sets of single bunks. Linen is provided for our guests. There is a laundry with washing machine, tumble dryer and a clothesline.
The property has one fire place, reverse cycle air conditioner and dispersion fans through-out and benefits from the afternoon breeze that regularly cools the house and guests.
The property is pet friendly, but outside only please. There is no fencing here, so if you are thinking of bringing your furry friend along, we suggest bringing a lead to keep them safe.
There is plenty of room for secure car and boat parking beside the house. The Property is charged on a booking party of 4 guests. The property can sleep up to 8 guests maximum - if additional guests are in the booking number, then an additional $25 per guest, per night will be charged.

What an amazing property. Everything you could possibly want (and more) is provided.
I loved the chef's kitchen. Well appointed and geared up. I cooked quite a few meals for us.
The location was a short stroll to the old fisheries pier which was superb for us all.
The house is perfect for a multi family stay. Large rooms, large 8 seater lounge and dining. Perfect for a family share.
It's recently received a perfect update.the bathrooms were fabulous and the whole place was super comfortable.
Best of all, the local wildlife came to graze the ample lawns.
Perfect, private hide away for the big clan. Cannot wait to return. Magnificent.

Everything was perfect, our stay was so relaxing the place was just immaculate from inside to out. We had a wonderful time with our family, highly recommended.

A wonderfully refurbished house, a short drive away from the mainstream of Mallacoota or a 30 min walk into town along well established walking trails. The house itself is as described on the STAYZ site and was sparking clean. The surprise were the constant visits on the rear lawn from local wildlife with mobs of roos visiting at dusk and dawn, with wombat hunting at night in the rear paddock . Overall a stay where everything was thought through for guests.
