The only down side of the place is how loud the A/C unit was. You should put some non-skid stuff on the bathroom carpet in front of the bathroom sink. We had a guy that turned 82 while we were there, and when he leaned his backside against the sink, the carpet slid out from under him. He cut his arm on the vanity going down. Everything else was excellent. Very convenient to a variety of eating places.

This was the second time staying at this property. We enjoy the quietness of the neighborhood. Also, it’s very close to dining and shopping. Great location for our annual trip to the North/South 100 at Florence Speedway.

My friend and I enjoyed our stay and found the property as presented. The host was easily accessible and answered questions promptly! Very convenient to the Ark Encounter and close to the Creation Museum. Lovely small town!

We found the duplex apartment to be very comfortable and cozy. It had all the amenities that we needed. It was a nice place to stay with our daughter and grandaughters and unwind after busy days at the Ark, Newport Aquarium and The Creation Museum. We would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our time at Haven Ridge. Great location if you're visiting the Ark Encounter. Street was nice and quiet and very close to I-75.

The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. It has everything you need for the ability to prepare meals and drinks. There are chairs out front so you can enjoy a sunset or just a book. My family had a very enjoyable time and will definitely keep this place in mind if every in the Cincinnati area again!

Very clean, comfortable, & quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to town for shopping, gas, & restaurants. We really enjoyed staying here. Close to the Ark.

Very convenient to the Ark. Quiet residential street. Had washer & dryer. Attention to little details appreciated such as makeup washcloth, hair dryer, laundry detergent & snacks. Instructions for Operating the shower should be placed in the notebook of information, as well as Keurig instructions. The shower could use a grab bar for safety. The queen bed was very comfortable, the second bedroom had twin beds that were not so comfortable. There were no pots or pans in the kitchen to cook with. I would recommend this property, but for these reasons I can only give it 4 stars. The host was responsive to my emails.

Our family (2 adults, 2 teens) spent the weekend visiting the Ark Encounter. We chose to stay in a VRBO instead of a hotel room to have access to a kitchen, laundry, and a little more space for our family. The location is a 2 bedroom 1 bath duplex about 10 minutes from the Ark and was perfect for our family of 4. Beds were comfortable, bedding and linens were good quality. Owners really thought of all the little details to make our stay comfortable. We would stay here again!

Property manager was very responsive and worked with my family as far as check in/check out times. Place was very clean. Water was in the fridge , towels sheet, bedding, cot, toiletries were all available to us. Very happy we chose this place, and would definitely stay again!

Property is well maintained. Only problem was the twin beds in one of the rooms. I think it should be a queen. We gave my parents the room with the queen bed and my husband and I slept separate for two nights. Everything else was great!!! Lots of extras that we normally do not receive. Loved having the washer and dryer.

Stayed here for our yearly sister get away. The property is very nice. House is clean and comfortable, located in a quiet neighborhood. We visited the Ark Experience and Cincinnati Museum Center.

We were pleased with the location being very easily accessible to the interstate, as well as restaurants/stores. The duplex itself was perfect for our needs. It was very clean, welcoming and comfortable, much better than a hotel room. I would highly recommend Haven Ridge to anyone who will be in the area to tour the Ark Encounter or any other activity.

With one queen bed, two twin beds and a comfortably furnished living room including an extra large couch this home made for an excellent alternative to a hotel for our little group as we attended a local conference. We would definitely stay here again with a similarly sized group.

Great, quiet location. Clean, comfortable home with all the amenities you need - including washer/dryer. Comfortable beds in the master, complete and easy instructions for TV and wifi, extra items provided in kitchen. Perfect recommendations on places to eat - we enjoyed all of the places we visited. As all others have stated, ideally situated for access to the Creation Museum and the ARK Encounter. Super hosts!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and cozy. We will absolutely stay again anytime we are in the area. And we will recommend that any of our friends visiting the Ark Encounter or Creation Museum to stay here, very short drive and conveniently located near those attractions as well as various restaurant options.
