Personal amable.
Reservamos para 9 personas, nos dieron 2 apartamentos y 1 estudio. Sabíamos que íbamos a hospedarnos en varios apartamentos , pero no que el estudio estuviera en un edificio distinto al que están los apartamentos.

La ubicación es perfecta. Tiene parking público y, aunque durante el día está bastante concurrido por ser zona de playa, no hay problema para aparcar. Por la noche está generalmente vacío. También hay un supermercado pequeño pero que tiene todo lo necesario, aunque el precio de los productos es un poco elevado. En cuanto al alojamiento, nos tocó en los apartamentos verdes, y todo positivo. Camas cómodas y limpieza diaria. La piscina perfecta, amplia disponibilidad de hamacas y con salida directa al paseo marítimo y playa. Repetiremos seguro!

Perfect place for visiting the island. The view from the apartment was amazing! Clean and very well organized! 2 big pools, one of theme is heated during winter time.

Sängyt olivat kovat ja huono nukkua. Huoneisto oli aika sokkeloinen eikä kovin kodikas. Jääkaappi oli keskellä, hieman huonossa paikassa.

The staff were very helpful and very friendly. The location is perfect being close to the beaches and close to the village of La Caleta. This is a very beautiful area of Tenerife which has not been over developed.
There are very few areas for improvement here. The property is a little dated but everything works well so I have no complaints. The value for money was excellent.

Good location one member of staff who initially booked us in was really friendly. Pool is lovely and heated, the little restaurant just down the stairs is really good.
We had two apartments and one was robbed whilst we slept. Room 124 on the end there was footprints on the walls where they climbed it. Hotel staff didn’t help in the morning just told us to go to the police. When the receptionist who booked us in the evening came in he was more helpful. Our balcony door was left slightly ajar to allow a breeze as it’s hot and there is no air con. It was very un nerving that someone literally stepped over us whilst we slept. The police over there do not care at all. And don’t go all the way to police station like we were advised you just have to fill in a form online and pick it up 2 days later. There was cctv aswell but this is a common occurrence there and there is we noticed afterwards a notice on the balcony that says to leave the balconys locked when sleeping but it see through so barely seeable I added a picture of the door see if you can see the sticker. Should be made more clear and made clear at reception.

The view was amazing, the location was also superb, in front of the beach, there was a supermarket where you could buy all the food you need.
The taxi from the aiport is really expensive, a 15 minutes travel costs around 50 euro, a bus is cheaper but it takes approximately 1 hour. The best option is to rent a car.

Very brown and dated interior (woodchip wallpaper), but this was fairly reflected in the price and compensated by the location and service. Rock solid bed - it really is solid as a board. No AC if staying in summer.

Le personnel est vraiment accueillant, serviable et très aimable! L’appartement était très bien situé, à 2 pas de la plage, d’une épicerie et de l’arrêt de bus, dans un endroit vraiment tranquille. La chambre était confortable, bien aménagé avec une belle terrasse, tout pour préparer les repas. 2 piscines sur le site, l’endroit était vraiment joli. Je recommande vivement!
Les lits n’étaient pas très confortables mais sinon tout le reste était parfait!

Excellent location very close to the beach, nice territory of the complex, we enjoyed walking there.
The apartment was very large, with a view to the ocean, terrace, and there was everything we needed, with regular cleaning and towels change and even with washing mashine. We also had a great time near the swimming pool.

Location calm and peaceful.
A 5 min bus ride and you're in the centre of everything.
Apartment had all you need.
Costa Adeje is great and very clean, lovely beaches with plenty to do.
Friendly staff
The beds were very uncomfortable, I didn't't get a good sleep and woke up sore each morning. More suitable for a child than an adult. Such a shame when the accommodation generally was flawless.
Pool surrounded by palm trees doesn't exist but has two pools which were clean.

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abseits der grossen Touristenströme, aber dennoch zentral genug, um fussläufig Strände, Gastronomie und Supermärkte zu erreichen. Bushaltestelle und Taxistand sind direkt vor der Türe.
Die Appartements sind grosszügig und hervorragend ausgestattet.
Der kleine Pool ist beheizt, es gibt genügend Liegen, Auflagen und Sonnenschirme.
Die Matratzen sind sehr hart. Wer da empfindlich ist, sollte eventuell an der Rezeption um Abhilfe bitten.

Wir waren eine Woche im Januar dort. Der beheizte Pool mit Liegen und festen Sonnenschirmen war klasse. Die Anlage macht einen gepflegten Eindruck. Vom Balkon, auf dem wir unsere Mahlzeiten eingenommen haben, hatten wir einen sehr schönen Blick über die Dächer aufs Meer. Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich. Wir kommen wieder!
Einzige Manko war die stark befahrene Strasse, die an unserem Appartement vorbei führte. Mit Ohropax haben wir aber trotzdem sehr gut geschlafen. Da alles ausgebucht war, konnten wir das Zimmer nicht wechseln.

Расположение великолепное! Рядом с идеальным пляжем. Вид с террасы чудесный. Бассейн глубокий- без подогрева и более мелкий с подогревом. Рядом паркинг и магазины, рестораны. Есть где погулять и нет сумасшедших тусовок. Кухня оборудована всеми приборами. Персонал супер! Рекомендую от души- не помешает даже легкая пошарпанность. Спасибо большое!
Мне понравилось все и я обязательно вернусь. Мебель уже пожила, но отдыху это не мешает.

La ubicación es magnífica. El apartamento era amplio y cómodo.
El pack bebé dispone de cuna, trona y bañera.
Al sacar el apartamento se me mostraron imágenes de unos bloques de apartamentos y piscina de otra zona que se llama el Beril, pero me ofrecieron un apartamento y piscina de otra zona llamada Altamira y que no se correspondía con la publicación principal al hacer la reserva. Creo que a la hora de sacar el apartamento, se debe informar de las 2 regiones.
También me chocó no disponer de gel de baño, champú, ni jabón de manos ni nada en el baño.
Y tampoco me gustó que no limpiaran el apartamento en toda la estancia. Sólo pasaba la de la limpieza días alternos para quitar la basura y dar toallas.
No hay WiFi en la habitación. Cuando saqué la oferta decía que había, pero entiendo que es en la zona del Beril que no me ofrecieron.

La terraza y la ubicacion cercana a la playa.
El personal de recepción fue muy amable y nos permitió la entrada con algo de antelación a la hora pactada, además de proporcionarnos información bastante útil sobre los alrededores.
Tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos agua fresca en la nevera.
Pensando en una estancia más prolongada sería un plus poder contar con una lavadora en el apartamento.
La distribución de la habitación era un poco extraña puesto que a continuación de la cocina estaban las camas para continuar con una sala de estar, en lugar de tener la sala de estar a continuación de la cocina y por último las camas y no éstas en medio.

Nos entraron a robar por la noche al apartamento y no sólo que no se hicieron cargo ni nos pidieron unas disculpas. Nos dijeron que iban a mirar las cámaras y no nos dieron ninguna respuesta más luego.

Przy wyborze apartamentu zawsze kieruję się dobrą lokalizacją, mniej jakością apartamentu. Tutaj lokalizacja była rewelacyjna, tuż przy pięknej plaży Playa del Duque. Nie bez przyczyny hotel Riu usytuowany jest również w sąsiedztwie tych apartamentów. Wszędzie blisko, supermarkety, centrum handlowe, przystanek autobusowy, restauracje.. Naprawdę dobra baza wypadowa. Nasz apartament był w budynku głównym przy plaży, z widokiem na ocean. W samym apartamencie nic nie brakuje, jest wszystko czego potrzeba do zamieszkania na wyspie na krótki czy nawet dłuższy czas. Zdecydowanie czysto, natomiast sam apartament nie należy do najnowszych. Kwestia tego czy komuś to przeszkadza, czy nie. Jeżeli będziemy wybierać się kolejny raz na Teneryfę, skorzystalibyśmy z tej oferty jeszcze raz. Mega stosunek jakości do ceny.
Jedynie łóżka dla dzieci, rozkładane w części dziennej apartamentu do zmiany. Tragiczne materace.. Poza tym wszystko top.

Výborná poloha, priamo na krásnej plazi. Pokojný rezort skôr starší ľudia, vhodne na oddych. Potraviny, reštaurácie, lekáreň - pár krokov
Nábytok už je trochu starší, hodila by sa modernizácia. Najmä postel nie príliš kvalitná. Vidno roky, ale všetko dobre udržiavané. Dostala sa apartmán síce s krásnym výhľadom, ale spálňa hneď pri hlavnej ceste - dosť rušne. Okna nedoliehali dobre, vlastne sa ani nedali dobre zavrieť. Takze ak máte problem spat, hluk môže byt problem, ale možno by vám vymenili apartmán, ja som neskúšala. Voda v bazénoch príliš studena.

Excellent location for relatively quiet beach Playa de Duque (as compared to Playa de Fanabe). Safe swimming with lifeguard. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Resort generally quiet, swimming pools very quiet. Beds very comfortable, don't understand other reviews rating them hard. Kitchen fully equipped for basic cooking. Wi-Fi connectivity and speed good. TV reception of English channels good.
Terrace view was to car park. Room gets very hot if patio door is closed but there is no other way to ventilate the room when not there or at night (for security reasons you are advised to keep patio door closed when absent and at night). Sound insulation with adjacent rooms is very poor especially when screaming baby wakes you up at 3 in the morning. Sofa was uncomfortable.
