Would have been checked more often on every room is a smoke free!

Breakfast needs more selection like fruits and homemade waffles. And no sugar or lite syrup.Also needs some cinnamon rolls. Lite or less star juice.

I reserved a room. And the room has a filled a sense smell like someone smoked a cigarette before I got the room. I went to requested a change the room and the manager on site. And indeed found an opening room for me. It went well as well slept good than if I have a previously room But would have slept with nasty smell…and smell would have gotten on my clothes it stays forever.

Restful stay, good location.

Breakfast was adequate. Lots of choices . The bed was very comfortable , room was clean .

The curtains could use a fix, missing some hooks.

Cheaper than the surrounding options.

Close to work and the tollway.

There was a smoke detector in the hallway chirping every 30 seconds. I called the front desk shortly after checking in to inform them of the issue. It was still chirping the next morning, I had to listen to it all night long.

Nice place, need better key card system

it was nice

my key card kept getting deactivated and I needed to get it updated at least 6 times during my visit, which was extremely frustrating.

A little acceptance of his mistake would’ve been nice

Close to our soccer event,no problem with parking

The manager/counter person made you feel like you were a bother checking in. he also checked us in to room 105 which was a handicap room which was the room we were supposed to be in at 1 AM another family was in our room my husband was yelling what the hell are you doing in here seems he had put us in room 105 but put in the system that we were in 101 which was not a handicap accessible room. so the new desk person rented our room to another family. After dealing with this at 1 AM my husband and I were able to go back to sleep and in the morning our keys no longer worked for our room due to the fact they had been re-keyed for another guest I went to the counter and explain the situation they were and got that manager he was kind of rude kept asking me if I was sure I was in room 105 that the computer said he had me in room 101 I explained that it was the room he put us in the day before and never once did he apologize just kept saying was I sure I was in the right room it’s the room my key opened

The food was good. They had a good selection and variety. Our room was clean and the beds were comfy. The location was perfect for our trip.

How nice the facilities were. The staff, the pool, the room, the breakfast.

The only thing that drove me crazy was the light would turn off during my shower every single night.

Room was clean and comfortable. Good quality place to stay. The breakfast was better than some places I have stayed. I would recommend it.
