Great location, plenty of space (though wouldn’t like to share because of lack of privacy between bedrooms) everything you need for a stay, lovely to have access to outside space; free WiFi
No privacy between bedrooms (but we were just a couple so didn’t matter to us), needs a little bit of tlc to decor, bath and sink plugs don’t work, sheets were very scratchy on main bed but there was a spare sheet that we used instead.

Good location for the Trafford centre. Was what we needed for our stay with the kids. The owner was very friendly and easily contactable for any queries.

Location - though a way from Manchester, and I don't drive, good bus services near to flat. Also reasonable choice of shops and restaurants nearby; but still nice quiet street.
Not near a tram stop; but that was my own fault - not knowing Manchester, hadn't realised how handy they were!

It was very convenient for our trip near our relatives. Nice to have a quiet place to relax. Appreciated the kitchen and bathroom and the space.

Beds were comfortable and it was perfect for what we needed. Very close to the town, only a 5min walk.
This place needs a little TLC and a good clean

Nice flat, clean, all expected amenities.
Wifi would have been good, but otherwise a lovely place to stay

Really spacious, good bed linen and towels and kitchen facilities
Felt a little unfinished, I'd pay more if it had fresh carpets and paint.

Great location near to Urmston shops and restaurants. Also very quiet. Bed was comfortable and tea and coffee were provided.
Our car got blocked in by another guest. Freezer was unusable. There was no bread / chopping board and no suitable knife for cutting bread. We could have used a tea towel and hand towel in the kitchen. Shower gel and shampoo are not provided.

The apartment was ideally located. A short 5 minute walk into Urmston took us straight to the venue for our family do. Parking on site was a great added bonus.
We had a problem with the shower but it didn't impact too much on our stay.

Advertised parking but there was no parking, so had to use an unsupervised public pay and display car park round the corner. General smell of apartment was awful, had to buy 3 air fresheners. Shower/bathroom felt like something from prison.

Austin, the landlord, was very good communicating with me prior to my stay. Clear instructions as well,
Nothing really!

Close access to train into Manchester center or Liverpool with loads of stops inbetween, We used it to get to Flixton and the do we were attending so saved some cash on taxis. Austin was great-My wife left her purse in the room and he made it easy to collect on our next trip to Manchester _ Thankyou Austin
Nothing not to like.

Location in relation to the train station and Bowler’s Arena
Upon arrival it was apparent the property had not been cleaned. Doors and walls were filthy, bedsheets covered in hairs and smelt.
The bathroom had no towels, luckily I had one in my car.
The vent in the bathroom let in the cigarette smoke of whomever kept smoking just outside in the garden.
Parking wasn’t as described, had to park in a tiny gap next to a huge campervan, no one else could have shared the drive without boxing me in.
The main door to the flat was not secure, it was an internal wood door with a basic lock. As a solo traveller I did not feel safe at night.
Communication with the host was poor. I asked a question two weeks before arrival and received a reply at 2am on the day of arrival. No proof that security deposit is being held securely and the amount requested is disproportionate to the length of stay for short stays.

It was a full-sized flat with two double beds and a single, a dining table, a living room, a kitchen and two bathrooms (and it wasn't crammed either). To get all of this for just £100 a night is remarkable.
Bathroom could have been cleaner

Very spacious apartment and Austin the host was very good taking my calls to how to adjust the thermostat as it was a bit cold during my stay!
Nothing major but just a tiny uncleaned part of the shower tiles.
