From the moment you step through the striking modern entrance, you are transported to a world of peace, privacy and tranquility with everything Noosa Heads has to offer on your doorstep.

Sunday is bathed in sunshine with lots of natural light. Capturing the ocean breezes throughout the Summer days, while providing beautifully shaded areas to escape the heat, plus a warm fireplace, cozy spaces and heated pool for Winter months.
Backing onto the beautiful backdrop of Noosa National Park, and close to the famed surf of Noosa’s First Point, the designer property blends with its bush and beach surrounds in seamless and sophisticated style.

The layout spans three levels with four bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a powder room and multiple inside and outside living areas where everyone can spread out and relax.

Upstairs:
At its heart lies the central gathering zone upstairs, which is bathed in natural sunlight and flows across a massive lounge with combustion fireplace, dining space and kitchen, all set up to cater for large groups. From here, sliding glass doors open to an expansive lounging deck overlooking the pool and rainforest. It’s the ideal spot to curl up after a day at the beach, enjoy a glass of wine with friends and family, meals together on the deck, or just enjoy the rainforest sounds.
On this level there is also a powder room and tucked away is a home office to comfortably accommodate two people to catch up on emails and perfect for guests to read a book or look out onto the National Park on the day bed.
Master King bedroom with ensuite including an outdoor shower and luxurious bath, plus private balcony, both areas offering complete privacy and overlooking the lush National Park.
Middle level:
On the middle level looking out over the pool is another lounge and family room with Smart TV. This room overlooks the pool area - perfect for parents, grandparents or friends to relax and read a magazine or book while the kids enjoy the heated pool. Opening out to the pool area is a large entertaining deck great for afternoons after the beach or simply relaxing by the pool all day, fitted with built in pool benches and outdoor shower.
Bedroom with a private ensuite offering an outdoor shower, basin and also an indoor shower and basin and toilet. The bedroom opens to a private balcony to enjoy the views and sounds of the national park.
Main bedroom - this room can be made up as a Queen bed. It too has a private ensuite and balcony overlooking the pool.
Downstairs:
The downstairs Queen bedroom is a sanctuary for guests to escape, with its own private ensuite, and direct access to the garden and timber lounges. This room faces out to the tropical garden and offers peace and tranquility.
