DETAILS: Vacation in luxury at Amazing Grace. This newly built 8-bedroom, 8.5-bathroom Seacrest Beach home enjoys Gulf views and sleeps 24. Guests will love the private pool, multiple living spaces, home elevator, complimentary Peloton bike, 6-passenger golf cart, refined interiors, and calming artwork.
Pale hardwood floors, white shiplap walls, and a game room welcome guests to Amazing Grace. Guests can enjoy a snack or drink at the bar, watch a game on the 65” Smart TV, or play shuffleboard in air-conditioned comfort. French doors from the game room open to a covered back porch equipped with ceiling fans and a SONOS sound system. Grill lunch at the outdoor kitchen and dine poolside surrounded by scrub oaks and palm trees. The private pool can be heated and features a cascading waterfall. An elevator and staircase divide the game room from 3 guest bedrooms.
On the second floor is a lovely open living, dining, and kitchen space with expansive views. 2 sofas and slipcovered armchairs surround a 55” TV with TiVo and are bordered by a dining table that seats 8. Double French doors open to a balcony with a staircase that connects to the pool deck below. A serene kitchen with lovely gray and white tile, a farmhouse sink, and premium appliances has everything guests need. Opposite the living area is a primary bedroom with French doors that open to a balcony.
At the stair landing on the third floor is a pretty sitting area with bamboo chairs that leads into a comfortable living room with a wrap-around couch and slipcovered armchairs. When not admiring the Gulf views, guests can enjoy a 75” Smart TV and a wet bar with a beverage cooler. Double French doors open to a balcony. A bunkroom and a guest bedroom on this floor enjoy Gulf views.
Guests needing additional privacy will appreciate the 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Carriage House above a 2-car garage. The cozy living area has a queen sleeper sofa and a 75” TV with TiVo that connects to a full kitchen. Both guest bedrooms have king beds and private bathrooms.
