This Modern Ranch home, located on Open Space, boasts gorgeous Mountain and Lake Views, and flows right into the back covered patio with comfortable seating inside or out for an evening glass of wine or your morning coffee. This home, that hosts up to 12-14, is situated right in the middle of Boulder and Denver, and has easy access to all of your mountain adventures. Host your holiday gatherings or meet your family in Denver over the holidays.
You can watch the sunrise over the lake or take a morning walk on the trails. The great room is perfect for entertaining large or small gatherings alike. From the host to the property, we could not have ask for anything more. House was set up perfectly for our large family of 9. Everyone had their own area to “get away”. Kitchen was well stocked with all utensils needed. Plenty of towels and linens. The location was between downtown Denver and the mountains. Perfect for our needs. Would definitely stay again.

The house was a great fit our family needs while in Denver. Plenty of space, close to activities, well equipped and offered beautiful views. Kitchen was well equipped and plenty of room for the cooks. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and enjoying the Colorado scenery. Susan was great to work with and available if needed. We would definitely rent the home again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed and more. We ventured close to downtown Denver, Old Town Arvada, and Golden. Everything was so convenient for us. We would stay here again, for sure.

We enjoyed staying at this property. Had all the amenities you needed, all the beds were very comfortable, and it was a great location close to many restaurants and grocery stores. Communication was great and any issues that came up they dealt with it immediately.

The house was absolutely perfect for our family of 6 and 2 dogs. Everything was perfect and we could not recommend this location enough.

Easy communication with host who was very responsive even on a holiday. Roomy and comfortable. Nice towels and plenty of them. Double ovens were a real plus for cooking Thanksgiving meal. Had snow and very cold temperatures while we were there, so it was nice to have the garage. One tip - use winter formula windshield washer fluid in your car to prevent freezing!! Our mistake :( Overall a nice stay.

The view was wonderful, nice covered patio with gas fire pit, fenced small yard for our little dog too. The house was clean, roomy and had every amenity you could ask for. Susie was always available for answering any questions also. Location was great.. close to King Sooper grocery Really the perfect place to gather for my son’s wedding. Would definitely recommend it to anyone!!

We stayed with a group of 10 teens for one night as they got used to the altitude from Florida! They left for a week in Fraser and we stayed for a few more days being tourists! Had an amazing time and loved the nights on the back porch with the firepit, girlfriends and wine. I would recommend this house for all ages. It is an amazingly close drive to Red Rocks, Boulder, Downtown Denver, Golden and the train! Thanks for a great trip and we will be back!

I rented this VRBO for a friend's trip up to Denver. The VRBO was perfectly close to the city, yet not too far from Breckinridge (about a 1.5 hr drive). The VRBO was very clean and was equipped with everything a group of 10 needed. Susie was very responsive and accommodating to our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! I would highly recommend renting here.

This home provided a wonderful place to gather out of state family to celebrate our daughters university graduation. We hosted accommodations for 10 and a dinner for 16 with ample room for games and celebration. The neighborhood was peaceful with a grocery store and food court within 1-1/2 miles It was a wonderful and memorable weekend.

Our stay here was quite comfortable. The house is cozy yet classy and has high end furnishings that give it a class of luxury. Remote controlled blinds, lights, and ceiling fans; European handheld shower devices, high thread count comfortable bedding, high quality highly absorbent Turkish towels and much much more! I would definitely stay here again and had no complaints. There was some snow when we visited, and it was super nice that we could use the garage. I've rented properties before where the garage was not accessible, but that wasn't the case at this property. Five stars all around, very peaceful, safe, quiet, and clean neighborhood. The host, Suzy, was very responsive and accommodating!

Just really enjoyed everything about this house. It’s in a cheerful little neighborhood with a lot of houses around it. Charming backyard with a view where you can see a little lake. Quiet, clean, well stocked. Definitely a high-end kitchen you can cook in. Can’t say enough. Susan was great with communication. Thank you so much.

It’s a beautiful home with a great owner. Close to the mountains ,several local eateries, grocery stores close. Great home with plenty of room for hosting a get together. Two bedroom two bath upstairs with the living room and full kitchen with two dining rooms. Downstairs has one bedroom one bath a full living room with an additional bunkbed and dining room table. Susie has fully stocked this house with everything you would need for a vacation. . Would definitely recommend this house for a wonderful stay at Colorado.

We would definitely come back again. Our party ranged from teenagers to grandparents, and we all enjoyed the house immensely. Property Manager was very helpful and patient with all my questions. We really did have a great time.

We loved the views from the backyard! The basement level was perfect for the kids (17, 16, and 9) and they enjoyed playing shuffleboard and having their own space to hang out. The owner was super friendly, communicative and left a lovely welcome gift when we arrived. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!
