Very nice condo, beautifully decorated. Corner unit and balcony a plus! Loved being right on the beach and pool access. Property outside clean, including elevator! Favorite for grandparents was the balcony with a beautiful view, weather was great!

Loved the condo, even better than the pictures with a great location! Richard was very responsive & immediately had 2 small issues resolved. I would absolutely stay at this condo again. If you’re a pool person know that it is small and can feel crowded with just a few people. We had a very relaxing time hanging out in the recliners in the living room looking out at the beautiful panoramic view. I only wish that we could have seen dolphins but the water was too rough with Alberto. Covered parking spot is convenient but the spots are very tight. All in all it was a wonderful trip!

The condo was excellent for our purposes. The view was great, the condo was well furnished and the deck was a perfect for morning coffee, Lunch, afternoon, lounging, and sunset watching. Check in was super easy, and the communication from the property manager was perfect. It was a fantastic getaway.

Very much enjoyed our stay! Easy in and out, terrific location, very nice! My only suggestion would be to upgrade the mattress in the front bedroom! Would definitely stay here again! Luckily I'm not a POOL person at the BEACH, not terribly impressed with the pool! Other than that it was overall WONDERFUL!

Owner cares about his property and wants to make things right. Appears to have owned just over a year now, so furnishings are fresh. If there is something that needed tweaking, he was eager to be informed so that we had the most comfortable stay possible. If you are like us, you will need a car, as we did do much sightseeing.

Great condo located right on beach at a midway point for long walks in either direction: west to the lagoon outlet or east to the pier. Great restaurants and shopping nearby. Owner is very nice to work with and very responsive. Unit was in very good condition and located close to exercise room and pool. Sunset viewing from ocean front deck this time of years was a treat.

The condo was everything it was advertised to be. Very clean accommodations. Location is great and we very much enjoyed the balcony when we weren’t on the beach. Michael is a great host and answers any questions you may have, as well as makes suggestions on where to eat and what to do during your stay. The Restaurants Michael suggested were spot on with great food and service! Thanks for everything Michael, we are already looking forward to our next trip down and staying in 307!

We had an excellent trip! Michael's condo was perfect for us. We have been traveling to the Gulf for many years and have never been such a short walk to the beach. Michael even stopped by the day we checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and to answer any questions we might have had. He also suggested DeSoto's restaurant. It was close to the condo and the food was excellent. We strongly suggest this unit. You won't be disappointed!

We really enjoyed our stay at Michael’s condo . He was very nice and helpful on tips of the area. The condo was clean and furnished very nicely. He made sure we could contact him if we had any problems. Obviously he never heard from us. I truly recommend staying here. It had a pool , work out room and game area. The area’s were all clean and kept up.

Such a great property! Right on the beach and the views are incredible. We were in town for my daughter’s softball tournament and our accommodations ended up being the envy of the other families we traveled with. Plenty of room, all the amenities, and right down the street from anything you could possibly want to do (or eat). We would love to stay here again!

We stayed at this condo during the week of Fourth of July and had a great stay! The condo was exactly how it looked in the pictures and was very clean! The balcony was huge and we saw dolphins 2 mornings from our balcony. Beach access was very easy and close. We appreciated the covered parking as it did rain a few days during our stay. Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need and it was a great size for my family of 3. Michael was a great host and was very responsive. We would stay here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our stay at Crystal Shores #307 was one of the best experiences we have ever had in our 14 years of coming to Gulf Shores. The unit is even nicer than the photos. Our family enjoyed the easy access to the beach, the views, the amenities and location is close to the action. We had a great visit with the owner Michael and he was very helpful before we arrived, during our stay and even after we got home. Next time if at all possible we would stay here again.

The unit is very clean and easily accessed. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the mattresses were terrible, the parking is very tight for anything larger than a car, and it is a corner unit but does not have a wrap around balcony like the units above it. Both beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable but might not be to everyone.

When I look for a vacation home I rely on the reviews of others to help me make my decision, therefore, here's my honest review. I did not walk into an exceptionally clean condo, as many stated. At best, it was surface clean and definitely in need of a deep cleaning. The balcony of this unit overlooks the boardwalk and the pool from this complex (as stated) and also those of the neighboring complex. Yes, you will hear noise from both pools. Yes, you will frequently see/hear people rinsing off themselves and all of their water toys. Sirens from the street out front were a regular occurrence, not sure if there's a station nearby or just a crazy week. We smelled cigarette smoke quite frequently but could not determine from where. There must be designated smoking areas near this condo. I did not find the patio furniture as comfortable as other guests. I am petite so when fully seated I still couldn't see over the railing. I had to sit on the edge of the seat which was not comfortable. We also found it quite cumbersome and uncomfortable when trying to play cards, eat together, etc. A lounge chair to relax on and read a book would be a great addition. I will agree that the amount of time it takes to get onto the beach from this condo is great, as is the covered parking. There's a great market across the street that has anything you might need, groceries included. This was our first trip to Gulf Shores. All in all, we had a great time. I do suggest visiting Gulf State Park. Rent an e-bike and ride the trails. SO MUCH FUN!!
