Discover the best of Dewey Beach from our spacious 2-BR family-friendly 2nd floor apartment overlooking a marina and the Rehoboth Bay. A quiet place to relax on your balcony, watch the sunset, the boats and the calm bay waters. This two bedroom, two full bathroom unit has a king size bed in the master bedroom, a twin bunk bed and one double bed in the second bedroom. There is a large living room, full kitchen and a dining table that seats 6. There is also a laundry room with washer & dryer. There is high speed wi-fi access and each tv is a Roku tv with access to all your favorite apps. You will have access to 2 parking spaces in the marina.
Waterfront dining, beautiful beaches and lively entertainment are steps away from your vacation getaway. The walking to the beach is an easy 5 minute walk across Coastal Highway. The location is ideal and very safe, Dewey Beach Town Hall and Dewey Beach Police Station are steps away.

Perfect place for my family if 6. Place is bigger than you think from the description. Living area and kitchen are great. Host provides linens and bath towels which is always a bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Stained and unlaundered sheets, moldy shower, gross toilets, dirt, hair and sand everywhere, batteries removed from smoke detectors. Completely unacceptable. Upon notifying host, response was that the property had been cleaned. Not the case. Spent initial hours of stay washing bedding and cleaning bathroom, so that they could be used. Upon sending pictures to host after stay requesting refund, no response. The listing pictures are misleading at best. Beware.

Within walking distance to the beach and night time entertainment venues. Had and issue with the dryer not working. Contacted the host and had a new dryer installed within the hour. Would definitely recommend!

the GOOD , location , everything is within walking distance !
the BAD, dirty , floors all need a good cleaning, fans need dusted, battery's missing in smoke detectors, master bathroom sink would not drain, master bathroom shower leaked spraying water on ceilings and walls ,drier would not dry towels without multiple cycles electronic door lock stopped working locking us out ,patio screen door's torn allowing fly's in and would not easily open / close , parking on the weekends is a free for all nothing stops boater's from parking in your "reserved" spot's ! Not usually one to complain BUT we paid a premium price for average condo ! wont go back.

Our family enjoyed the views from the balcony morning and evening very much. It was a great space to sit and chat. The host was great at getting back to me about any questions. The unit is below another one, so if that is bothersome, look into the top unit. The walk to the beach is close. Friendly people all around. I would go back!

This condo was the perfect size for my group of friends! It was clean and well-kept. The only complaint I have is that there was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms, which I believed to be provided for us. Also, if you are planning to be out of the condo and come back late at night, be wary of high tide. There were several times where my friends and I had to wade through almost a foot of water to reach our condo after a night out.
Overall a nice, clean condo that provided us a good amount of space and accessibility to Dewey!

It’s a perfect location- it’s a large apartment with wonderful views! I cannot say enough great things! If you’re on the fence- just book it! We had a great time and look forward to coming back :)

The condo is very spacious and open. The views of the bay out the window were lovely, and we were able to walk 2 very short blocks to the beach.
There is construction going on at the marina right now, so our stay was noisy but it will most likely be finished soon.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, bright and spacious! The location was fine for us in the off peak season with access to parking and within easy walking distance to some restaurants and the ocean.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, immaculate space with a splendid view. Spencer was courteous and immediately available with any questions. Lots of great restaurants and shops and of course the beach all in walking distance. We look forward to visiting again.

Seamless check-in and the host was very quick to respond when we had a question. The space was immaculate when we arrived and had most of the basics we needed. Also, it’s in a great location with a fantastic view from the balcony. We’d love to stay here again in the future!

The apartment was spacious and very clean. Easy to walk to the beach, shops & restaurant. You can hear music at night from the Rusty Rudder next door from the porch and living room, but not in the bedrooms. The sunsets over the bay were beautiful. We will consider staying here again next time we need a beach vacation.

Beautiful, spacious and convenient. Just needed a full mirror for selfies, some dish soap and easier access to the outdoor bathrooms to rinse off from the beach. Would definitely book again!

This property is perfect for a family or two couples. The main living space is large and the kitchen is spacious. The deck has a great view of the Marina and you can hear the live music next door from the deck in the evening.
The condo was easy to get into and access. The beach is just two blocks away from public access. There are tons of restaurants in walking distance.

We had a great stay in this condo. The view was beautiful… even on the days it rained! They were doing some construction on the office below us during the days, but we were at lacrosse tournaments at DE Turf fields most of that time so we weren’t bothered in the least. Condo is beautiful inside. The parking area is under construction because the whole marina is being developed, but again… no bother for us. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed for a quick beach weekend. Property was clean and exactly as mentioned in the listing. Convenient and free parking for 2 cars and we were able to pay for parking in the same marina for my son’s (the 3rd) vehicle. Spencer was great with communication. My son left his cell phone in the property and realized after check out. Spencer contacted me and held the phone for easy pick up. Would stay at this property again.

We arrived after dark so it was a little hard to find the unit based on street address. I would suggest giving a landmark such as directly above marina office.
Construction is going on and that was spelled out in the ad so we expected it.

We had a small group that traveled to Dewey Beach, and this condo was perfect for us. There was more than enough space for all five women, and the views from the balcony were beautiful. We cannot wait to stay again!

Absolutely would come back to this property. I stayed with 3 other people and we all fit more than comfortably. The kitchen, living room, and bathrooms were all spacious, clean, and fully stocked. TV and internet were super easy to access. The view from the balcony is wonderful. The location is fantastic as far as walking to anywhere in town and being close to some really great spots (Rusty Rutter, DB Country Club, Etc.). Spencer was also a fantastic host: very easy to get a hold of and very accommodating.

We had the ideal getaway to celebrate a birthday, in a beautiful, spacious, quiet apartment with a wonderful sunset view over the Rehoboth Bay. Just the two of us, but plenty of room (two bedrooms and bathrooms) for a family of 5 or 6. The layout is comfortable and open, with a large kitchen featuring top-level matching appliances, a huge laundry room, and a nice deck overlooking Pier Point Marina. The beach is a short one-block walk away, and plenty of restaurants are all around. We enjoyed the added bonus of exceptional weather for the entire time. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was beautiful! Updated and very clean. View of the bay is awesome! It rained everyday so had some flooding in parking area but didn’t reach designated parking places for cars. Off season stay so fairly quiet. Walking distance to beach, restaurants and some shops and 5 min drive to Rehobeth and Bethany. We would definitely stay here again!!
