Lovely spotless comfortable and large apartment very close to old town - great location

Excellent property much nicer even than the pics suggest. Lovely residential neighbourhood. Lovely view. Spotless. Beautiful garden. 10-12 min walk downhill to old town. Ivo was very helpful and friendly and gave us lots of tips! Ivo brought us to and from airport for a good price - this was very convenient.

Everything was lovely - another bathroom would have been great but we knew beforehand that the property had one.

Thoughtful host, good location to beach and old town. Spacious apartment.

Ivo welcomed us with drinks and biscuits a lovely touch . The apartment was well appointed and very spacious. Close to beach and east walk to old town. Would recommend

Great place to explore old town Dubrovnik

Location was great for exploring old town, beaches nearby, both about a 15 minute walk away (but be aware, as with most beaches in Dubrovnik, and getting to old town, it is quite a way down and back up, lots of stairs). Plenty of room and washer in the bathroom was a good plus for leaving with clean clothes. Hosts very freindly, parking is a big plus as parking in Dubrovnik isn't easy to find.

Wifi was a bit slow and intermittent, but we live in Prague and our Czech data plan was a good backup.

Really enjoyable trip.

The location is perfect. The hosts are very nice and friendly. There was a multitude of fliers and info guides left for us. On their recommendation, we did several day tours by car, including a wine tour in Potomje in the Matushko Winery. Dingac is a very flavourful wine that we brought home for presents and a few for us. There is a parking place in a private yard where the car could be parked. The apartment is really excellent: spacious, clean, and comfortable. The terrace is perfect for leisure time or casual drinking :) The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly want. You can cook all your meals there if you want. However, each one of the restaurants the hosts advised us about was the winner.

Everything was considered to the tiniest detail. Nothing.

Look no farther..this is where you need to stay!

This was our favorite place in our 31 days of travel! The location was perfect! We were treated like family. The accommodations were beyond our wildest dreams. 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms with private LR, DR and kitchen. Loved having a washer and the clothes dried so quickly on the covered porch. We walked everywhere and did it all! We are senior women. This is the place you do not want to look any further!

We needed directions to the grocery store and how to get to the fort as well as the recommended restaurnts. It would have been great to have a drawn map. We did eventually figure it all out. Cards with the address would also be nice..as some needed for cab service and was not easy with the language barrier.

Awesome place, if you go to Dubrovnik definitely stay here

Lovely host, we left one night and returned and the entire balcony and garden area had been cleaned for us, they let us change the time of the check in without fuss, and although we made noise, they were sympathetic to the fact we were on holiday and were responsible for allowing us to have a great time!

It was an amazing week for our group of 7 friends

We had a great stay here! After booking we were inmediately contacted and offered a shuttle ride from the airport to the appartment. We were met by the owner's son who handed us the keys. He was very knowledgeable about the surrounding area, it's lovely activities and nearby restaurants. We had no problem contacting him either because we exchanged phone numbers right away! We had acces to all described facilities and there was a large garden which included an convenient outside shower to wash of sand and seasalt. I would definitely recommed booking here!

Perfect stay in Dubrovnik

This was our third stay in this wonderful apartment. Spacious 3 bedrooms, nice kitchen and outdoor sitting area. Short walk to pile gate and cable car. Very clean

Large, clean apartment a short walk from the old town with a helpful host

A great apartment - really spacious and exceptionally clean. Dubravka, the host, was quick to reply and give us her mobile number so communication was easy. She waited for us at the apartment when we arrived, even though it was late at night and was happy to help with questions such as nearest shop open that late etc. The apartment is a short walk from the old town (or you can get a cheap Uber) but the trade off is that you get a large space with both a balcony with a sea view and a private terrace, all in a quiet area. The air con was really good too.
