Our Pink Flamingo is a perfect place for relaxing after a day out and about!

Truly a prime Dunedin location. This adorable home has all of the amenities you need on vacation from hot tub to washer and dryer and an incredible location.

Our Downtown Dunedin vacation rental accommodates 4 guests total with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Each bedroom has a Queen size bed and they share a hallway bathroom. You will feel like being at home but certainly on vacation.

This beautiful cottage is equipped with all the necessities for your vacation.

The living room has comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and lots of natural light. There is a table that seats 2 guests.

Kitchen offers stovetop, fridge, coffee maker, plenty of cabinet space (no dishwasher).

You could not find a better location in the heart of Downtown Dunedin.

There’s always more fun with a Saturday farmers market, festivals, mardi gras, highland games, craft shows, art exhibits, and weekly movies in the park!

This property allows 1 pet - if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 + taxes.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

We were walking distance to everything downtown. Able to enjoy multiple restaurants and breweries in the area without a car.

Pink Flamingo House was perfect for myself and my 14 yr old daughter. We had plenty of space and the decor was adorable. Private back yard area was very nice. My only issue was the hot tub had way too much chlorine. The pool guy showed up one day and told us not to get in for a while because he just put acid in it! Overall perfect.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the Pink Flamingo for nearly 5 weeks, and we really enjoyed our stay. Dunedin is a charming little town, and the house is right around the corner from a busy part of Main Street where you will find plenty of great shops, restaurants, pubs, patios, and live music. We also appreciated being within walking distance of the Blue Jays’ spring training facility. The house itself has received some recent updates and is very comfortable and nicely decorated. It was certainly spacious enough for our group of 2 - 3 adults. The backyard offered a pleasant outdoor space to relax, especially when some shade was needed, and the hot tub got plenty of use. We had our dog with us, and there were plenty of places nearby to take her for interesting walks, including some green spaces. There is also a dog park at Hammock Park, just a 5-minute drive away.

It was the disposable type and had expired. The place really made us feel like we were are at home and it felt so much better that a hotel room.

The house could use a little work-windows and screen door were loose and we had a scary night with a lot of wind. Our dog about lost her mind. Other than that, the house was perfect for us!

We were visiting area and wanted to stay in town. This is PERFECT location if you want to be close to it all. You can walk anywhere all of the restaurants, bars, shops!!

what a special little town, and this is the perfect location

what a special little town, and this is the perfect location

absolutely perfect. ok, the beds weren't as comfortable as i prefer, but the house was perfect. with 3 coffee shops within walking distance and even the marina where we took the best boat tour around the area. everything including the hot tub was perfectly accommodating. And it was pet friendly, so i was able to bring my furry member of the family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a cute property with a lot of potential. Its close to downtown Dunedin and overall comfortable, nice newer furniture, but doesn't seem finished and not as pet friendly as advertised. The rental company was easy enough to work with, and were quick to respond, however there were several issues that really should have been fixed before this property was listed as available. The backyard fence was incomplete and 2 random pieces of fencing had to be propped up for privacy while using the hot tub and constantly blew over, and the gate to the backyard was missing so there's no way to fence in a dog. When we arrived the light in the kitchen was missing bulbs and the fixture sitting out, and the front door lights were also missing. The shells throughout the front and back yard are so sharp you can't walk on them barefoot and it was hard on dogs feet too. We really liked the hottub and porch area but the odd plant pieces coming off a nearby tree got on everything and stained almost all of our clothes. The indoor was cute, newly updated it seemed, but the whicker furniture and hemp rugs in the bedroom are horrible for animals. The bathroom is very cute and i loved the shower itself, but there is no steam ventilation, the shower doesn't drain properly and soaks the floor every time, and there is no storage or shelving to set your toiletries. All in all, great location, comfortable space, updated furniture,
attentive rental company, but really needs some work before I'd call it amazing.
