Great place to say. Clean and perfect for riding. Love the kitchen, backyard and beanbag!!
Thermostat- no matter what temp we set it at, it would always jump back up to 74 over night and that’s not comfortable! Asked if we could change that but nothing was resolved.
The beds… new and clean but HARD!! Everyone had the same complaint about their bed.
Overall a great, CLEAN house to stay at.

This listing is the perfect home and get away. The communication with Maria was wonderful and she was so helpful. The home is impeccably clean and well stocked. And the icing on top is the incredible porch and fire pit areas tucked in the trees. I can not recommend her home enough! You will not want to leave!

This home is lovely both inside and out! The check in process was easy. The kitchen has lots of dishes, pots, and pans to use and also appliances as well (blender, mixer, coffee maker, microwave). It was nice having 3 bathrooms and the bedrooms were very comfortable. We liked having a TV in each room! The porch was lovely and so was the fire pit area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Bella Vista at this property! The house was equipped with everything our two families needed. From the new appliances to the bathroom amenities to the pack n play for our baby niece…y’all thought of everything to make our stay perfect! We also appreciated our host’s thoughtful recommendations for breakfast eateries and activities for our wide range of kids’ ages. Thank you!

The back yard was amazing. Great garage for bike stuff! The only complaint is when we arrived it was so hot in the house due to the thermostat being set to echo mode. We had to ask for access to the thermostat..it was a stuffy house and sleep. Other than that, I’d recommend this house!

We booked Trail’s Crest for a week in Bella Vista for our wedding. The property was clean and comfortable. Plenty of privacy among 8 of us. Smart TVs in every room. The kids especially enjoyed the outside fit pit and patio. They made s’mores several nights. Couldn’t ask for better accommodations or hosts.

This property was lovely! The house was perfect for our needs. Beautiful inside and outdoor spaces. We enjoyed the nearby mountain bike and walking trails. It was so quiet, but still close to the amenities of the city and biking that we were here for. The host was super easy to get a hold of for questions, and the property was stocked with all the “house” stuff we needed. We can’t wait to come back!

My family, including 4 elderly relatives over 75, stayed for University of Arkansas graduation weekend and it was perfect for us - clean comfortable, beutiful. We took advantage of grilling out which was easier for everyone then tryingn to book reservations for a group of 8. I would definately stay here again!

First off, the house was exactly as described and in some ways nicer in person. The kitchen was great for family meals and the kids absolutely loved the bunkroom. But my favorite was the deck and backyard. In the mornings and evenings, you can sit out with a book and cup of coffee or glass of wine on the deck or by the firepit in the evenings with the woods providing peace and quiet. All of this while being walking distance from the back 40 trails and just a few minutes from downtown Bentonville. The host was amazing and gave us fantastic ideas for our family which were age specific. We had such a wonderful time and plan on coming back. Do not miss out on this wonderful spot that brings a little quiet with a while lot of comfort.

We spent a long weekend at Trail's Crest mid-October and our stay was perfect. 3 couples traveling together and we each had our own bathroom which is a huge plus. Master bedroom on the main floor is beautiful. Only downside of the entire house was with 3 couples one got stuck in bunk beds, but for a family it would be a real bonus. Firepit was a lovely touch and well stocked. We enjoyed making a big breakfast in the well stocked kitchen and appreciated the selection of pans. Communication with Maria was excellent and she was incredibly responsive and had lots of suggestions for activities around the area. Location is easy to access Bentonville and Rogers. We even drove down to War Eagle for a day at the craft festival, it was great.
We will stay here again! Thanks Maria for the fantastic experience!

Wonderful house!
This is one of the cleanest properties we have ever stayed in! The house is up to date and tastefully decorated! Bedding is great as are the beds! The neighborhood is quiet and amidst beautiful woods and trails. We saw deer everywhere! If we ever need a place to stay in NW Arkansas, this will be our go to sanctuary!
The owner was so friendly and very prompt in replying to my questions! Overall, this is an excellent listing!

Amazing
The house was absolutely beautiful. We came to the area from Texas to visit family and the house was everything that we could imagine. The back porch was perfect for drinking coffee and catching up with everyone. We especially liked the baby proofed corners on the coffee table, night lights, and wall plugs because I have a wild one year old grandchild. We made so many memories in the kitchen from cooking family dinners to having game night around the dining room table. This house was absolutely what our family needed. Thank you for sharing your house with house and for making our first time using Vrbo perfect. The grandkids are ready to come back.
