Loved this house! Everything we needed was there. The owners were responsive with questions and even sent us names of places to. Easy check in. Close enough to walk to the beach and several restaurants. There were fruit trees in the yard! Fajardo is a great town to visit!

Villa Camelia is the perfect place for a family vacation. It has a beautiful beach just a few steps from the house. It also has everything you need to cook and have a good time. Near the house you have restaurants, gas stations, supermarkets, etc. so don’t think it twice to make your reservation! Also, Tere is an amazing host! We’ll be back!

Great stay at Villa Camelia. The location was great; It's a 2 minute walk to the great beach for swimming and snorkeling, several good spots to eat within a couple minutes drive and two good grocery stores within 5-10 minute drive. The property itself was safe, secure, clean. AC was cold, everything worked as described. We had an awesome stay and great interactions with the host.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Villa Camelia, the property and location exceeded our expectations. The house itself is very roomy yet cozy with a lot of personal touches to make you feel welcome. From the grand yard, garden, and lower deck full of amenities (hammocks, bbq grill, private bathroom) to the second floor interior with a fully equipped kitchen, living area and bedrooms all with individually zoned A/C, it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your vacation. Other than a run to the local supermarket for basic food staples, there really isn't anything else needed to fully immerse in all the calmness and excitement that Puerto Rico has to offer. The host is really personable and made sure that our stay was worry free by providing clear information and suggestions about local restaurants, markets, travel destinations, etc, all including GPS coordinates and driving directions when needed. But all that aside, the most wonderful aspect of the property is that it is literally a very short 2.5 minute WALK away from one of the most beautiful (and secluded) beaches we have visited in Puerto Rico. The host made sure to make available anything and everything you'd ever need to enjoy your time at the beach. We could not ask for a more wonderful place to call home away from home. Thank you!

This house was the perfect place for our family. We utilized the outdoor space for most of our visit, it was nice to spread out and relax. The owners were quick to respond to any issues we had (water pressure dropped due to maintenance, and fortunately there was a backup water tank). The roosters were lovely to hear in the mornings. I would say the only real drawback was that this is a weekenders area, and the surrounding community of trailers enjoyed partying. Sometimes it was loud, but it never went too late and was never intolerable. Maybe it’s not every weekend, we were there Easter weekend. The location was killer, walking distance to so many different places to enjoy - the locals beach across the street, Seven Seas, Playa Colora, Escondido, downtown Las Croabas. The amenities were simple but we had all we needed, other than salt and pepper and a good knife. We would love to stay here again in the future.

house and grounds are very pretty and inviting, with all the amenities we could have asked for (including kayaks, hammocks, lawnchairs, and a huge tub of snorkel gear and beach toys), several beautiful beaches within a few blocks' walk, and some truly excellent restaurants just down the street (both Kalizo and La Estacion were wonderful). hosts communicated promptly and were able to resolve an unexpected and minor mechanical issue with minimal inconvenience. overall a great place to stay. highly recommend.

The two-story house is extremely comfortable, clean and well-equipped. You will find everything you could want, from pots and pans to beach towels to beach chairs. The air-conditioning works well. The owner/managers respond immediately to every request, We will note several features that may concern some guests. The view from the house is mobile homes , parking lots and not-particularly attractive cement block buildings although you can also see the ocean. The renowned Seven Seas beach is a 5-10 minute walk or short drive away. The hot water in the house was lukewarm — adequate for showers but not ideal for washing greasy pots and pans. Finally, guests who stayed more than a week had no cleaning or changed towels mid-stay.

Excellent location if you love beautiful beaches, adventures, hiking and birding! The Faro trail and wetlands trail in San Juan Cabezas was great for birding. There are also trails to amazing beaches and a a great restaurant right in front of the property. The spacious house had a great beachy theme with lots of places to sit inside, downstairs and in the yard. Very compfy and had everything you'd need including beach stuff, which we didn't utilize. They even brought over a blender when we couldn't find one. Super place!
