Its location is excellent as it's just a few steps from the Praia da Rocha beach, in an area served by shops and services.
This luxurious 3-bedroom flat furnished and equipped for holidays in Praia da Rocha, set in a unique condominium that stands out for its comfort and leisure in one place, which contributed to it winning the "Best Residential Building in the Algarve" award in 2010, with a spa inside the building (indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, games room and gym), offers you all the quality of an unforgettable holiday, as well as the possibility of having social spaces to have fun and socialise.
The property comprises: a hall, a living room with a very large balcony with a wooden deck ideal for relaxing with a wonderful jacuzzi, a fully equipped kitchen with a balcony, 3 bedrooms (1 en suite) with built-in wardrobes, a pantry and 3 bathrooms.
There are also 2 parking spaces in the building's garage.
A security deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. The deposit will be collected as a cash payment, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The refund must be made within 3 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer after an inspection of the accommodation.
- Please note that there is a city tax - Tourist Tax:
Between the dates of 1st November and 31st March - of EUR 1 per person, per night, which is not included in the total amount and must be paid on site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. The maximum amount charged is EUR 7 per guest.
Between 1st April and 30th October - EUR 2 per person, per night, not included in the total price and payable on site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. The maximum amount charged is EUR 14 per guest.
- Water, electricity and gas consumption charges (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscientious use (60EUR for 30 days of booking).
Counts are taken at check-in and check-out to calculate consumption for the booking period in question (if different from 30 days, the corresponding amount is calculated).
Any consumption that exceeds the amount included will have to be settled by the guests with Nuris2u.
If the excess is not regularised, the company reserves the right to withdraw the amount of the deposit.

Great service to assist with check-in, support finding the location. We really appreciated the mid-week cleaning and change of towels. Accommodation is conveniently located, 500m from the beach and promenade. Also close to restaurants and bars. Thanks to the Nuris team.

Localização privilegiada, apartamento espaçoso, cuidado, todo o equipamento necessário ao dia-a-dia encontra-se disponível e todos as comodidades referidas se encontram disponíveis e contribuem sem dúvida para uma estadia mais agradável ainda. Em suma, excelente.
Não senti necessidade de grandes melhorias mas a chave do sucesso é mesmo estar atento aos pequenos detalhes que poderão surgir.
