Air conditioning is also provided when needed although not necessary most of the year as the unit is naturally cool.

BBQ (charcoal, utensils provided) - once charcoal runs out you are welcome to purchase more, ash can provided
Patio table with 6 w/adjustable chairs for BBQ, lounging by the firepit, or simply soaking up the sun
