About this cabin rental
Owner Managed.. This log style cabin in Upper Moonridge is the perfect place to lodge any season of the year. Partial Ski Slope View from "The Deck" makes this section of Moonridge a prime location. Nestled off a quiet, picturesque street with little traffic, it's perfect for families with kids. Only 1.6 Miles to Bear Mountain Ski Resort, yet far enough not to be disturbed. Just a 3 minute drive down the street, you will find the golf course and zoo, while 5-7 minute drive will take you to the Lake, Village, and nearby shops and restaurants.
The cabin itself is warm and inviting, with an accommodating 1,152 square foot well designed floor plan one full bath downstairs, another full bath upstairs. Both bedrooms are upstairs and feature one Queen Bed in each room. Downstairs is a Newer Queen Sofa Sleeper with upgraded Gel Mattress. There's a very nice brick wood burning fireplace in the main living area and a convenient Gas Log Fireplace in the Master Bedroom! All the amenities and comforts of home include a fully equipped Kitchen, Keurig (Coffee is Included), Newer Appliances, Refrigerator with Ice Maker. Washer and Dryer, Nice Large Deck with Partial Ski Slopes View, propane BBQ. Free Wi-Fi, Bluetooth Speaker, Cooking Utensils, Paper plates, Paper Towels, newer bedding. Electric blankets on all beds, All TV's have access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and Spectrum Live TV. As well as access to many others. (All Via Stream)
House includes variety of Board Games, Large Checker Board, Playing Cards. Bluetooth Speaker, Toaster. All the essentials to Cook.
Main Bedroom: Queen bed, Full Size Brick Gas Log Fireplace. 27" Smart TV, Portable Heater, Dual Control Electric Blanket. All Nightstand Lights in both bedrooms have USB charging.
Guest Room: Queen bed. 27" Smart TV, Small Electric "Fireplace Heater", Dual Control Electric Blanket. Nightstands have USB/Power charging.
Living Area: Queen Sofa Sleeper, Ottoman Folds out into Single Bed, Nice Bar Area, Brand New 55" Smart TV.
The setting here is beautiful, you can take it all in from the massive front deck to enjoy the surroundings year long -- you wont be disappointed.

Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take trash to dumpster locations.
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:

Consequences (Big Bear Posting) Required.
Unfortunately, a few of our guests refuse to extend common courtesy and neighborly behavior toward the guests and residents around them. For those guests who have come to party and disrupt the peace and tranquility of the neighborhoods, there are costly and severe consequences.
Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.

Gary is an amanzing host and worked with us when our original reservation was in jeopardy due to a blizzard. He let us switch dates and kept in contact. The cabin is clean, spacious and well stocked with anything you need. It's so close to the ski resort (1.5 miles) and close to the village. We felt like everything we needed was just 5 minutes away. We will defintely be back!

First, the owner Gary was great! All our communications were friendly, he was eager for us to enjoy our stay and replied almost immediately. We appreciated the attentiveness! The cabin was also perfect for the 4 of us, although could easily and comfortably fit a couple more. Great condition overall and just so comfy and cozy! Great overall property. Very clean and the owner is very nice. We stayed there over New Year's weekend and it snowed a pretty good amount. Excellent for a small family, close to everything. It's pretty much in the middle of the grocery stores and the Village area, right next to the zoo.

The cabin has great insulation and well built , it is located in a quiet neighborhood, not busy street.The owner Gary is very helpful. he gave us tips on where to go for snow play. we would definitely stay here again!!!
