Value for money and devent place, a little far off from the city.

Very nicely maintained, courteous staff and great breakfast. Value for money overall!

Location is not Reykjavik but Kópavogur (A suburb of Reykjavik). You have to pay for Taxi every time you want to go to the pickup point of any tours. However the hotel rates may be on. Higher side in Reykjavik so there’s a tradeoff. Also, there’s nothing nearby so you have to walk a bit for basic stuff. There’s a mall 5 min walking distance probably and an Indian restaurant too - didn’t try either one of them.

Good hotel

Good hotel near Reykjavik and Sky Lagoon. The room was was well equiped and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was not special but good and offered everything.

Not many restaurants in the near surroundings, mostly Asian food.

Convenient

My flight was cancelled to Iceland. I was not able to make it to the original date. I contacted the hotel and asked if I can switch the day for staying. The staff were really responsive and helpful. Arranging things with their staff were reassuring in a stressful situation. I really appreciate it.

I booked a single room. The room can be a bit small but it has everything that I need. The hotel was located right next to a highway so the noises from the traffic can be a bit loud in a quiet night.

Clean rooms, tea and coffee facilities. Nice breakfast

The hotel is located right next to a busy dual carriageway so has a lot of road noise. I was initially allocated a room at the end of the corridor which is a few metres from the road and the traffic noise was horrendous. I was reallocated to a room further away bur the noise was still there. It also isn't possible to open the windows and the room was very warm

A good value for money stay on the outskirts of Reykjavik

It was a good value for money stay we could find around Reykjavik. It's quite close to Smáralind shopping mall, restaurants and supermarkets. Room was spacious and breakfast was decent.

Fab, definitely recommend

Really good location not too far from anything, free parking, the bed was very comfortable, the curtains keep the room dark, quite soundproof rooms too! The staff were brilliant, nothing was too much and they helped us with booking an extra night last minute :)

Late check-in and friendly staff. Comfortable bed.

Shower could do with a divide as the water ran and so the floor became slippery.

Cleanliness

The staff didn't know about information asked as in they didn't involve voluntarily to help and give enough help for outsiders like us for example they didn't tell about ordering breakfast in advance which could be a room service becquse we had tours from 8am and we really neeeded to eat something so we left hungry . Also domestic airport taxi was beinh booked and it was so near from the hotel and the staff knew our flight timing but still didn't suggested us to book the taxi later. We ended up coming back to our room for an hour
