Tolle Lage, schöne Wohnung.

Mit Schlüsselbox. Total entspannt! Es gab ne kleine Geschenketüte für´s Kind. ;o)

Die Schubladen mit dem Besteck waren sehr dreckig. Wie bei vielen Wohnungen mit Küche und Ausstattung fehlt leider die Spülmaschine. Man muss das Besteck etc. definitiv vor der Benutzung noch mal abspülen. Der Kühlschrank befindet sich leider in einem separaten Raum, was das Kochen etwas umständlicher macht.

Lovely location. Enjoyed the area. Apartment very clean but it does need some attention!

Good location. Nice terrace with comfortable outdoor chairs and table. Very clean.

Parking area very tight indeed - and beware of the ants. They are everywhere - and still in our car! Main bedroom was extremely small. Sofas were very low and uncomfortable & too large for the area. I have the bruises to prove it! Not well equipped - only 3 wine glasses & no bottle opener. Shower not good - subject to flooding and only a curtain. Attachment for shower head on wall was broken.

I loved staying at Casa Marea and can't wait to come back to Calella de Palafrugell!

The location was really convenient and it was nice to have a dining space and outdoor courtyard. The beds were simple but comfortable and the bathroom was clean. We loved having a washer and drying rack to do some laundry, and a kitchen to have some simple food at the apartment in between restaurant meals.

Close to beach and very peaceful

The location is very close to the beach and it's a very peaceful and quiet place - we really loved that! There's a generous private parking space under the shade of trees and the kitchen had the basic things we needed for our stay. The place is a bit rustic and perhaps dated, but that's part of the local setting and it was fine for us. Everything was clean.

As noted by other users, the shower curtain is a bit of a nuisance because it always drips water onto the floor. There is no drainage point in the bathroon floor so the water remains in puddles and can slowly make its way outside the bathroom. The problem is manageable if you put towels on the floor around the shower. It's not a deal-breaker, just something which could be improved.

Perfect location, spartan stay

- location, 5 minutes walking to the beach - free parking included - self check-in & check-out - terrace

Considering the significant price: - late check-in (not before 16.00) - not comfortable beds, 2 bedrooms next to the street, where few cars pass, you need to close the windows - no shampoo nor bath gel - very uncomfortable shower (including shower head not fix to the wall)

the localization, the property, the decoration, the welcome kit, the hamaca, the quietness, the parking spot, just a few meters from the beach and restaurants; the kindness, flexibility and availability of the owner before and throughout the stay.

I would recommend some instructions to open the gas in the kitchen, a list of the best local restaurants, a list of top 10 activities with kids (or not).

Very good

The terrasse was amazing.

Very uncomfortable beds! No AC. Very small kitchen with old plates and glaces. Extremely small bathroom with water over the floor after using it.

Superb

The proprietor of Marea Apartments has already done a great deal to improve all aspects of the apartments and their standard is already high. She is very committed to doing everything possible to ensure her guests have a happy stay and is readily accessible and responsive - in fact a very nice person.

The only thing was that it was impossible to prevent shower water going on the bathroom floor so it was necessary to put a couple of towels down around the outside of the shower pedestal. However the proprietor knows about it and will be getting that job sorted out soon.
