Downtown Appleton is only a 2 minute drive or 10 minute leisurely walk from the house. Uber and Lyft services are available. The driveway has space for 2 cars to be parked; please do not block the sidewalk while parking as policy will issue a ticket. Some parking may be available on the street. The garage is not available for use by guests. NOTE: overnight parking on the street in the winter is not permitted per city ordinance. We are available via messaging. Guests will be provided a unique entry keycode for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience. - Guests must be 25 years or older to book. - Government issued photo ID is required for booking to verify identity. - No parties or events allowed in the home. Cameras capture 360 degree views of exterior property including front porch area and yard, back door and yard, side yards, garage and driveway areas. Recording occurs 24/7. No exterior cameras can view any interior spaces. No interior cameras. Tampering or disabling of cameras will result in immediate termination of the reservation. - Tampering or disabling of wifi will result in immediate termination of the reservation. - Please remove your shoes when in the home. - Check-out is at 10am unless a late check-out has been previously approved. Check-out past 10am may result in a late check-out fee of $50 if this results in the cleaning team waiting for guest to check-out. - Please report any problems or issues immediately so we can address these during your stay.
