Paradise awaits in this lovely modern beach condo with stunning Ocean Views! Beautiful updated condo tastefully furnished and decorated. Kitchen provides all new stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with plenty of dishes, bakeware, pizza stone, glasses, wine glasses, frozen mugs, cooking and eating utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, teas and coffee, blender, toaster, and includes lots of spices and oils for those family night dinners at home! Paper products included as well as laundry detergent! Complimentary Soaps and shampoos ! Livingroom has a pullout top of the line queen size bed and lots of comfortable seating, comfy blankets and pillows to hang out with family watch some movies and enjoy time relaxing!. Large flat screen television and Alexa to play music or answer any questions for the day out adventures including weather checks! The television console is loaded with cards, and family games as well as sewing kits if needed. This 2 bedroom condo has amazing ocean views from all rooms. The master suite is tastefully decorated and features a super comfortable pillowtop King sized bed, ocean views, desk workspace, desk chair, plenty of storage, with an En-suite bathroom tub/shower combination, wall hairdryer, and a spacious closet. The guest bedroom features a new Sealy Posturepedic mattress queen bed, tastefully decorated, desk workspace with ocean views, flat screen Tv, and tons of closet space. There is a second full bathroom with tub and shower combination. There is a comfortable outdoor screened lanai tastefully decorated with lots of seating with ocean views and views of the Cayman heated pool. The unit is directly off of the elevator which makes it super convenient for shopping, traveling and groceries. So many amenities to choose from in this gated oceanside village; 3,000 foot private beach is just a few minute walk, nine hole golf course, four heated swimming pools, fitness center, yoga classes, library, clubhouse, bocce ball, pickle ball, main pool Tiki Bar and Pub, Oceanfront Restaurant with indoor bar, and indoor /outdoor Sports bar with outside oceanfront seating, live entertainment on weekends, Beautiful tennis courts, basketball courts, hot tub, sauna, excursion center for planning trips, tickets to theme parks and Ocean Village rentals for shuffleboard, and golf! . The unit also comes with High Speed Internet,
Bluestream Tv Cable, Roku friendly televisions, Brand new front loader Washer/Dryer, Beach Chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers, beach buggy, beach toys, beach bags, sunscreen, and Beach Towels are all included. The community has a 24 hr. manned security gate. Easy check in with lockbox code. Ocean Village is a very active community and there are always events going on. Our stay was good , they have a nice community pool . But We rented these condo at end of June and there was so many mosquitoes everywhere at the pool and at the beach it was extreme 😒.

We (4 adults, 2 kids) stayed for a full week and loved our stay. Quick communication with the hosts, comfortable beds, very private bedrooms (located on opposite sides of condo), and very clean. We would definitely return!

The condo was beautiful and right next to the pool. They supplied everything needed. We overpacked with everything we had available to us. The condo is just like they say, "just bring youself and clothes." Towels, cleaning supplies, toiletries, and appliances were fully stocked. Everyone we encountered were friendly. The only con we had was, the main pool with the Tikibar was shut down for maintenance and the sand fleas were biting at the restaurant on the beach. Take your bug spray for the sand fleas.. Archie's down the street is a must!! Their menu was supplied in the handout book.

Elevator issues. Owner called 2 times to show the property due to the condo being up for sale. Told her No once, and after her asking a second time, I told her, if she had told us her intentions prior to us renting, we would have reconsidered.

We travelled with a generational family; grandparents (us), our son and his small family. The children are young, we wanted a location both on the beach and with a pool - something for everyone, in a private and secure community. After looking into several properties at this same complex, we chose Susan and Brian’s unit based on the posted pictures and proximity to the amenities. When we arrived we found that the pictures were exactly as it looked — beautiful! The condo is decorated lovely, very clean, and has ever single thing anyone could possibly need to make their stay comfortable and feel right at home. The beds were amazingly comfortable which is always one of our most important wants, and comfy beds are very rare to find in vacation rentals! Another huge plus for us that we didn’t realize until we arrived was that each bedroom basically has its own suite - access to the balcony and own bathroom and on either side of the large living space, giving us all lots of privacy. Dining on the screened balcony was lovely and it overlooks the pool with ocean view. The kitchen was fully stocked and easy to work in, and this is coming from a culinary family who enjoys staying home and cooking. Everything and more was available for our meal preparation. We met a lot of friendly people at the pool and the beach, some owners and some renters, all helpful with local suggestions. And I can’t end my review without thanking Susan and Brian for such a well-stocked beach closet.

This is a very pretty condo which overlooks one of the pools and is a 5 minutes walk to the beach. The condo is very clean and so well stocked with cleaning products, and the kitchen is well equipped. The landscaping of the complex is well maintained and very inviting. The owners of the property are easy to communicate with.

The condo was updated and very nicely decorated. The kitchen offered great appliances and very well equipped. Bedrooms were nicely furnished and beds comfortable. We enjoyed our evenings over looking the pool and viewing the ocean. The hosts made sure all our questions were addressed. Had a wonderful vacation.

Great vacation

Owner was very accommodating. Property was CLEAN and immaculately decorated. We had everything we needed + more. Susan was very communicative and gave us several ideas for entertainment & food. It was close to stores & restaurants. We got some well needed rest and relaxing time. Susan promptly replied to any messages we had. We will be visiting again in the near future!
