Everything was clean and as advertised. The futon leg was lose before we stated so we didn’t use it (just want to let you know). Everything was close and all we needed was nearby. Hosts were very responsive.

I stayed with my daughter here while on a mini road trip and we both enjoyed it to the fullest. The house is comfortable all around and has games for the little ones to enjoy if you’re traveling with family, and is also only 15 minutes away from the strip. Host has great communication and was very accommodating. Will for sure be booking this place again in the future.

This house was perfect for our group, we were in town for a wedding. The host was very communicative and helpful and we really enjoyed our time at the house! The space was clean and very spacious and the location was great. Would highly recommend staying here for your next trip to Vegas!

Enjoyed our stay. The house was terrific with the bedrooms well set up. A little noisy due to the nearby street but being close to the golf courses, baseball field, and the casino made it a winning stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were there for a family get together for an 80th birthday and Thanksgiving. We spent a week in the home. It was very comfortable and nicely equipped with items for entertaining and household needs. We look forward to using this location more in the future.

Enjoyed the overall stay and feel the room is spacious and clear. We have everything needed during our stay in end of Oct 2023. For those who travel from northern part, air in Vegas is really dry and need to apply abundant of lotion and drink water.

Jason was very accommodating and responsive before our stay. Upon arrival entry was very easy. The home was immaculate and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of extra bedding. Neighborhood was very quiet. Close to all amenities. I have stayed in many hosted homes and this one was one of the much nicer ones.

My grandson had a football game at bishop Gorman so we book our stay here. The neighborhood was super quite and close to shopping. The house was very clean and he allowed us earlier check in so we could be ready for the game. Excellent host.

We used this house for a 4 man golf trip. It worked out great for us. We all had our own room, although one room had a a sofa bed (which we knew in advance) - and it was actually pretty comfortable. There are three showers, which was very nice, and the place was very clean. Great location, about 30 minutes to the Paiute golf resort (which we thought was a great place) and also also not too from the strip and Fremont Street It is right next to a fairly major street so there was some traffic noise, but it didn't really bother us much. Would definitely stay there again

My group came to Las Vegas to climb for a week in Red Rock Canyon. The drive to Red Rock from the house was quick and easy (no traffic!) each day. It was also convenient to any stores we needed to pick up more food and supplies. The house itself had great beds and bath towels and some nice touches like QTips in the bathrooms and laundry baskets for moving laundry to and from our rooms. It was very conducive to cooking group dinners and eating at the dining room table. We would definitely stay there again.

Best place we have ever rented. The host answered all of out questions quickly. No issues with check-in. House was clean and organized. Excellent place to rent.
