The condo was awesome with plenty of room. Found the pictures very accurate. We came for mothers day and Ironman 70.3 race. It was a short easy walk to the beach and race start. My three year old liked the bunk beds and feeding the turtles. Well stocked and friendly host.

The home was very clean, the owner very responsive (we had a bit of trouble finding it and it was late at night) and the location was so close to the beach. I absolutely loved this condo from the minute my husband and I checked in. Cielito Lindo is very clean and beautifully decorated and Sam has thought of everything. The kitchen is very well stocked with nice dishes, cookware and double coffee pot. The master bedroom is wonderful and nice bathroom linens. Also plenty of beach towels if needed. The outdoor gas grill is very nice and extra gas tank. We also loved the patio area on the canal. Check in and out was very easy and Sam is wonderful to answer any questions quickly. I would definitely book this condo again. Thanks Sam for sharing you beautiful place on the beach and I hope to be back soon. AB

It was a beautiful little house and everything was very clean. Loved that each bedroom had it's own bathroom and TV as well as a TV in the living room. Had plenty of beach gear in the outdoor closet and several nice pools on the property. While it was pretty close to the beach, I must say it was more than a 5 minute walk. It was also hard to keep the shower in the bathroom off the queen bed hot the whole time. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Had excellent communication with the owner. :)

I read a lot of reviews for various VRBO properties in Panama City! I always ended up coming back to this property! This was our very first VRBO experience and I’m hooked! Sam was very responsive - even after hours! We stayed for one week! The check-in process was hassle-free and check out even better! I traveled with my 5 yr old, hubby and parents! The home is conveniently located near the beach and great eating (and drinking) establishments! We enjoyed the pool and beach each day! The house was really our home away from home! I was impressed with all the kitchen gadgets! Even had a high-powered blender that I used for my morning protein shake! We grilled and cooked most days! My parents are not restaurant folks ;-) Highly recommend renting a golf cart! Was too hot to walk! Ha!

Cielito Lindo was perfect for our family of 6! The condo was exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed and more! The beach accessories (wagon, chairs, umbrella, buckets, toys, etc.) that the owner provides was a huge plus for us, less packing on our end!! Communication with the owner was great and prompt, and the check-in process was super easy as well. The back patio was a hit with our kiddos, as they enjoyed turtle watching in the canal! This home has it all! Plenty of space, super cozy, and incredible patio set up. They had everything you could need for a day at the beach. We took advantage of the chairs and beach wagon to haul our toys, cooler, and sometimes even the kids! We enjoyed looking out at the many turtles in the canal out back, and spent a couple afternoons at the pool. The host was very quick to respond with a couple things that came up and were very accommodating. The beach was very easy to get to, and having the private entrance and showers was great to clean off right away. We’d highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip here to Panama City Beach!

We spent two weeks in this absolutely beautiful and spacious condo that is clean, comfortable and wonderfully appointed. Everything in the condo was in great condition and appeared to be fairly new. The kitchen had every appliance imaginable; nice cookware, plates, etc. and was well organized with plenty of cabinet and counter space for our food, etc. One of the real plusses was that the owners provide beach towels, beach chairs, toys and a cart for transporting all of this to the beach. The condo is a short walk to the beach and there are plenty of restaurants, etc. close by. Everyone in the community was pleasant and we were particularly pleased with the security of the Gulf Highlands resort.

Clean updated condo in a convenient location and gated community. Easy short walk to the beach and a brief drive to other destinations we made it to like Pier Park, St Andrews State Park, and Sea Screamer dolphin tours. Sam was accommodating with an early check in which was much appreciated as we were tired from our early flight in. The kitchen is nicely stocked with dinnerware, cookware, and appliances for dining in. The beach closet is a bonus with chairs, a wagon for transport, and sports equipment. Spending time on the deck is relaxing and entertaining with visits from the turtles, choice of propane or charcoal grills, two palm trees, and decorative lighting. Thank you Sam for the nice accommodations for our first trip to PCB.

My family really enjoyed our stay here. We wanted a getaway from Atlanta during fall break and decided to visit Panama City. The townhome is absolutely beautiful!! The beach decor is on point. All the comforts of home are provided for you here. Every detail of living is thoughtfully planned with the renter's needs in mind. My son loved his room and he took over the living room tv to play his games. Sam was essy to reach when I had a question. He was very friendly. We are definitely coming back!!

This place is very nice and very clean. The location is perfect it's located right across the street from the beach and the walk is easy nothing hard and very enjoyable we were able to see Cranes and Turtles up close and meet some friendly (Alabama fans) neighbors on the way lol !!! Walmart is right down the street so you definitely don't have to search for a store if needed I learned my way around in 1 day super easy
The pictures of the house is EXACTLY how it looks but better in person. The beds were very comfortable and loved the bunk beds
The property owner was VERY NICE and VERY easy to get in touch with and VERY helpful. My stay was enjoyable and I would definitely book with Sam again. Before I forget the canal in the backyard is truly a bonus and very relaxing and the lights around the porch is very cute.

Our trip was great. The girls liked the property. It’s close to the beach but was more of a little community than just a condo building. They really liked parking right out front and not having to go up an elevator.
The condo itself is lovely and was very clean. The back patio is very open to the neighbors so there really isn’t any private outdoor space but just for a weekend with a group of teens who are always on the go, it was fine.

I would have to say that our trip was amazing!! The property was very clean, super quick response from the property owner should any issue of concern, plus huge perk to all of the beach supplies, chairs and wagons the owner has to borrow as well. My only complaint would have to be the air at night, there were times when we couldn’t get the air to cool down at night and wanted to stay around 76 at night. It wasn’t enough to bother the owner with the issue, but absolutely that is my only issue with this property! Owner and property was just as listed!!

This property earned each of its 5 stars. My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with every aspect of this gorgeous place. If you are contemplating booking this property, wait no longer; it exceeded our expectations… By nature I am critical of where we choose to stay because I have a high standard for convenience, cleanliness, look, and safety. I expect these things more than the average person. This place was 5 star in every regard… I wish I could write about each of these in more detail, but the host clearly values quality and satisfaction. The place is flawless. It was spacious, comfortable, modern but homey, and CLEAN. Besides the beautiful property, the location went above and beyond. The beach (which is breathtaking in the evening) is very close and easy to access as well as other attractions such as food and entertainment. We loved spending time around the pools which are conveniently located close by as well. This place proves to be the ideal destination for both families and couples looking for a luxurious getaway. I was impressed. We loved our stay and we will be back.

Check in process was easy. Unit was clean. Owner was easy to get in touch with when I had a few questions. Location was perfect. One of my favorite perks was being able to walk on the back deck and fish! We will make sure to come back to this unit on our next PCB trip!
