The space
Over 4000 square feet of renovated space, this home has high speed wifi through out with many modern amenities.
On the main level, there is a brand new chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances, 36" Viking Range and an enormous center island with seating for 5.
On that same level is a peaceful sitting room with a remote controlled gas fireplace, a perfect place to unwind with a glass of one. In addition, there is a large family room with pocket doors, a 75" TV and Queen-sized Murphy, great for a guest who desires main floor accommodations.
The second level boasts a primary bedroom with private office and ensuite bath. There are three additional guest rooms on this floor with shared newly renovated full bathroom. At the top of the open staircase there is with another cozy sitting area looking over the back yard and pool.
The fully finished lower level includes a projector and leather sectional, a fifth bedroom with walk out to outdoor space, a gym with Peloton, an additional home office and a full laundry.
A fully fenced yard with heated pool, patio BBQ and dining area completes this fresh and crisp rental in Springs.
Situated between East Hampton Village and Springs Historic District, this home is close to bay beaches and a peaceful location to spend your summer.
