Really liked the location, the general decor of the cottage, facilities were good and good local advice in the booklet. The view was spectacular even on some slightly grizzly days.
There was some general wear and tear around the property however I notified the owner to make them aware, and they kindly thanked me.

Nice, spacious house. Clean, tidy, great location. Great hosts.

No breakfast as it was not a Hotel but a property rental. Property was located in a good position for accessing the tourist locations around the area.
The property was equipped fully with all the necessary fixtures and fittings for the stay and they were of a reasonable quality.
Living area was fine but could do with update to the decor
Kitchen had all the requirements for cooking/washing etc. The decor could do with updating
Bedroom 1 was fine and the bed was comfortable with clean linen. The decor could do with updating
Bedroom 2 was not used
Bathroom had Electric Shower, Bath Sink etc. However this was the worst room in the property. Needs complete refurbishment and modernisation. The area around the Bath was in a very poor state - Tile grouting was severely discoloured as was the sealant around the Bath. Made that whole area look very unclean.
Back Garden was in a very poor state and not suitable for dining outside.

The views from the front room windows were beautiful, Unfortunately that is the only thing I can say that was good about the property.
Oh and to be fair, the bedding was clean.
This property SHOULD NOT be on their site! Where do I start! We arrived to find that it looks nothing like the photos! To sum it up..(LOOK AT ATTACHED PHOTOS!) It smelt musty, surface mould and damp marks on many of the walls. No hot water as the boiler was broken, (and when I tried to talk with the owner she wasn't helpful, and said that it wasn't too big an issue, we could just boil kettles!) Looking back, this issue has been going on for a year. No T-Towel, so she told me to use a bath towel. The saucepan cupboard was disgusting, the saucepans were not big enough to cook for 4 people (I tried to make spag bog)! The cutlery draw was dirty. The complimentary tea, coffee, sugar were so old they were stuck to the jar! The cooker hood light/fan didn't work, so was really dark trying to cook. The lounge centre lights didn't work at all. The curtain rail in lounge had no centre bracket so the pole was hanging down, we didn't dare try and close the curtains. The shower hose doesn't fit fitting, so is held in with a piece of cardboard. We were generously left half a roll of loo roll. The bottom of the garden is ok but looks nothing like the photos, but the above levels are a disgusting state, (the middle level on their facebook page says that its the bbq area and is coming on nicely, a year ago,!) It was disgusting and not safe. Then above that looked an absolute hovel of festering rubbish (the welcome folder says its being redone, by late summer, but that was at least a year old, so which summer? and I think an excuse to not bother keeping it tidy. So the view out of the back window is awful. The master b/room had no curtains, just the liners on rails, so not like pictures. So overall this property owner has done the bare minimum to make it acceptable for booking.com to advertise them, the advertising photos are seriously out of date and not true to now, and when we complained booking.

Hosts were great with communication.
Disappointed on arrival. Was told cleaners had been in but the smell when the front door was opened was not pleasant. Very damp and stuffy..had to open the windows. Appreciate it was start of the season but cleaners should have opened the windows to air everything out. Sheets smelt also.
Kitchen pots and pans not so clean.
Mould in bathroom
Did not blame hosts and assume they were unaware so contacted them on return to advise.
Could not fault the hosts just needed better cleaners.
Property was good position for snowdon and good price.

very friendly owners and very easy to deal with, very tidy and fab location!

The property smelled horrible they used fragrant defusers to cover up the smell. The smell was horrible and so were the defusers. We all started coughing and got a headache. Needless to say we did not stay. I don’t know how anyone could rent a place having those smells. It was disappointing because we had to find another place to go after traveling all day😞

Location. Milk and chocolates left for us.
Beds comfortable.
Several light bulbs missing, dangerous on landng., were just advised to leave other light on, did not see owners.
Bare minimum of tableware and cutlery, only two teaspoons, no wooden or plastic utensils, though pans were non-stick.
No mirror or bedside lamp in back bedroom..
No handrail on steps to kitchen
State of wardrobe in main bedroom was dreadful - loose electric cable hanging, odds and ends lying about - not what you expect when paying a sizeable amount for accommodation .
Felt there should have been some warning that the property was not really suitable for elderly guests. Sittng-out area at front impossible to reach safely.
Didn't expect to have to strip beds on departure
Expensive for what it was.
Don't like to give poor feedback but it might help owners to know what needs to be improved.

It is a nice location, with a beautiful view and a small patio so you can enjoy your morning coffee while appreciating great Welsh sceneries. Also, there is Pant Du Vineyard and Cafe walking distance away, where you can have a decent breakfast. Hosts allowed earlier check-in which we did not use at the end, but it was a nice gesture.
The place felt shabby throughout. There is distinctive smell of mould/damp in the rooms, towels also smell of damp. Poor level of equipment. There are problems with hot water, so we took cold showers. There is actual mould growing in the bathroom, paint is peeling off in some places, dust is present too. The property is way too run down, especially for this kind of price. I booked for three people, but the bedding was prepared for one double bed and one single bed, the second single bed was without bedding. We were three and each of us wanted to sleep on a separate bed, but two of us were forced to share a bed. Also, we had to take off all the bedding before the check out and put it in a bag. It is not a big deal, but is usually practiced in hostels, rather than B&Bs, especially for such a high price.

The host were brilliant with the instruction prior To us arriving. And the property itself was lovely. Some truly stunning views at the front of the house. The house was also very clean. Would definitely consider returning.

Very attentive host, kept in regular contact and couldn't do enough. Excellent welcome booklet on arrival and a lovely box of chocolates too! The cottage was exceptional, homely and comfortable and all facilities catered for and to a high standard. Fantastic location and views. Actually faultless, thank you so much :-)
Wish we had stayed longer!

Views were impeccable, great location. Beds were extremely comfortable with everything clean and well presented
Hot water was temperamental in the kitchen even with hot water switch turned on. There were parts of the house that were starting to get tired however this is expected with the age and type of house
