This 3rd bedroom offers a twin size daybed with a twin size trundle bed underneath, both are extremely comfortable with memory foam mattresses. We offer free driveway parking for one car, plus free street parking as long as you are mindful of the street signs.

Professional cleaners clean and disinfect after each guest. Plus we block 24 hours between each guest. You also have access to a separate washer and dryer in the basement in a shared laundry area. This is the perfect place to stay that meets your needs, so we ask that you please treat this house as if it was your own. In the unlikely event that you damage anything in the apartment, please let us know in advance so that we have time to fix it for the next guests.

Guests have access to entire private apartment. The backyard is NOT available to you. No smoking of any kind allowed inside apartment and on premises.

NOTE: For your safety and ours we have active security cameras monitoring all exit and entry points of our building.
They do not capture any private areas. These cameras are motion detecting security cameras. No unauthorized guests allowed.

Please note that we have a portable induction cooktop that can be plugged in to cook meals.
