"Love Beach" is a 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom luxury home with a full gourmet kitchen, furnishings imported from Bali, and large decks overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Private beach stairs takes you down to the beach, where you can lounge in the breeze, sun tan, swim, snorkel, stroll or just relax on the beach with chairs and umbrellas provided. ++Please note for larger groups wanting a 4th bedroom, a separate newly constructed 1 bedroom guest cottage complete with queen bed, kitchenette, sofa bed, and furnishing from Bali can be made available for $300 per night. Please enquire if interested. There are 3 separate buildings with easy access between them. In the main cottage you will find the spacious living area with a very well equipped gourmet kitchen and large dining area where you can entertain 8 people comfortably. There is a powder room in the main cottage as well. On the sides of the main cottage you'll find 2 cottages comprising 3 en-suite bedrooms each with private entrances and ocean views. The level of privacy is perfect for both 3 couples or a large family with children. Each of the 3 bedrooms are equipped with a desk, TV, lots of closet space with a safe (2 of 3), a private porch overlooking the ocean and Starlink internet. Wake up in the mornings and feel the breeze from the ocean through the open doors. Have a coffee on the private porch overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, while you go online and check the latest news and emails. The large deck on the Ocean side of the house comes with 4 lounge chairs, a bar area with stools, a first class propane barbecue, and an outdoor dining table. The living room opens up with sliding doors all around, with 3 doors facing the ocean and the large deck area. You'll probably be living as much outside as inside. Air conditioning units keep the house nice and cool while you are basking on the beach and in the sun. Large outdoor fans will cool you off while you are outside on the porch, when there is no wind. "Love Beach" is truly an exquisite rental home, located only a 5 minute golf cart ride from the ferry dock, Nippers, Grabbers and the Settlement.
