Welcome to this beach cottage on Longboat Key directly across the street from beautiful white sand beach with private beach access and new hot tub! A great getaway for a peaceful beach vacation. Relax on the beach or soak in our private hot tub. Close walk to fine dining and a gourmet deli/grocery! A short drive to St. Armand's Circle, Anna Maria Island and downtown Sarasota.

The house is very confortable and well decorated. The beach is accross the street and a small private path. The location is fantastic, close to restaurants and a beatiful neighborhood.The place is very comfortable and perfectly equiped. The shed has chairs, umbrellas and lots of beach gear for the guest to use.
The jacuzzi is wonderful. The whole place is great.

The location, the beach, ease of access, the home, everything was perfect. The home is comfortable, very clean and is in a quiet, convenient location. The owners were extremely kind and eager to make our stay enjoyable. Not a single thing I would change about this stay.

We loved our stay at this location. Zachary is an excellent communicator and responds quickly. Check-in was simple, and the cottage is very clean. The bed and sofa are comfortable, there's plenty of towels, pillows, beach chairs, floats, and a beach cart. The kitchen is loaded with cooking utensils, pots, pans, and anything you might need to prepare a meal. The refrigerator is spacious and there's a washer and dryer too. The backyard is beautiful; it feels like you're in a private resort. It's also bird watchers paradise. There are woodpeckers, doves, and even an osprey nest with new babies. The beach is right across the street and absolutely gorgeous. We would definitely stay here again.

We had the most relaxing vacation. The home was so warm, comfy and clean. The hot tub was a nice bonus to relax after beaching it all day. We highly recommend this rental as a 10+. We will definitely be returning.

This beach cottage was just what the doctor ordered! Directly across the street from the beach and in walking distance to several restaurants, a convenience store and a deli. The cottage had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful!

Two besties just getting away to relax and recharge our batteries. After a 12-hour drive, it was extremely comforting to enjoy your peaceful garden and an IMMACULATE beach cottage .... not one grain of sand anywhere inside. The amenities are perfect and plentiful. The water pressure is amazing and we appreciate the little things normally absent on vacation. We joked that it was time for a massage when it was shower time. Who has an outside shower with hot water ... this place! The daily wagon pull to the most gorgeous beach was filled with hours of shell searching and the most amazing sunsets. We were sad to leave and hope to return in 2026 as 2025 is already booked for our time slot. We loved this perfect beach cottage. It was everything and more to add to our travel journal.

My husband and I have stayed at many places on LBK for the last 7 years. We love this area of LBK it's so close to many of our favorite amenities! Everything was so convenient including the beach just steps across the street. The cottage was PERFECT! Fully appointed and furnished so nicely and up to date. We even enjoyed a night grilling on the back patio.
We were blessed to stay and enjoy a beautiful week and left just before Hurricane Idalia. We hope to return to this favorite spot!

It was very relaxing and enjoyable. We had everything we needed there for a great week! We loved the house, it was decorated very nice The walk to the beach was only a couple of minutes. There was also a lot of beach equipment that we use for the beach. Planning a return stay.

The adorable beach cottage was well maintained and provided for all our needs. We enjoyed the beautiful landscaped backyard and the Osprey nesting in the large pine in the front yard provided us with so much entertainment as well as the parakeet nesting in the tree in the backyard. The location was perfect with an almost private beach just across the street! We can’t wait to return!

Perfect Private Getaway!
We could not have picked a better place to stay for our honeymoon! The house truly felt like a home away from home. It was extremely clean and charming. We loved the hot tub and our lizard friends out in the back patio! It was in the perfect location and close to everywhere we wanted to go, whether we wanted to walk across the street to the beautiful beach there or head up to Anna Maria Island which was only a short drive. The house felt very secluded and private, which is what we hoped for. We would love to come back!

The stay was exceptional. The only flaw was the outdoor lighting in back was not working.
The cottage was very comfortable and we felt at home. We couldn’t get the wi-fi to work, but the owner Steve came over and helped us get it working. I would recommend anyone would love staying here.

Cute, quiet little cottage. Perfect for a beach getaway!
we had a wonderful trip. Basic sets of pots/pans mean you can use the kitchen just fine and the outdoor grill was a plus. Hot tub in the back is perfect for relaxing in the evening. TVs in the living room and bedroom both are hooked in to cable tv if you want an evening in. Everything you need for the beach is in the shed including chairs, umbrella, and assorted beach toys. The path to the beach is mulch/leaves through a wooded area and we were eaten alive by mosquitoes and ran in to snakes a couple of times too. Bring plenty of bug spray and you should be okay, the beach front itself was exactly what we hoped for! All said, we will definitely consider returning if we find ourselves back in LBK.

Nice Property - Excellent Location
We enjoyed our stay at this cottage even though the weather didn't cooperate! It's an older property that has been nicely updated and had everything we needed for our stay. The a/c didn't work upon our arrival but the owners were super quick to respond and in a couple of hours it was easily fixed and working just fine. We were really happy with the location as it was central to all of the shops and restaurants we enjoy in Bradenton Beach, St. Armands Circle and all up and down LBK. We visited the Mote Marine Aquarium (the otters were fun to watch) and got beach time when the sun was out. The beach was great this time of year since it's out of season and there weren't many people on the beach. We definitely recommend this property!

Perfect Beach Cottage
This was our first year to stay at this property. We've been coming to LBK for 11 years now. This was the perfect place for our 2 week stay. It has everything! We really enjoyed the hot tub day and night actually. The house is small but has a large feel with tons of storage. The king sized bed was so comfortable. The whole place is decorated so cute. Working with Carol was a breeze too!

Husband & I needed a get away & this cottage was perfect! We had the BEST time!! Great location, close to grocery store, shopping, restaurants (some in walking distance). Upgraded, Clean, cozy, comfortable, well stocked kitchen! Look at photos, that's what you get & owner/management great communication. Just the right size for a couple!! Beach access very short walk across street with your own private path. Owners provide beach chairs, small /large coolers, towels etc. Although cottage is located just off main street, traffic noise was not a problem at all. Private, quiet, back yard with shower, table/chairs & loungers PLUS a hot tub which we enjoyed every evening for "wine time"
Our highlight...We chartered a sailboat for a champagne sunset cruise after dinner at Mar Vista (btw...one of our fav restaurants)
We love LBK & have visited many times over the past 20 yrs & always stayed at the high end resorts but we can't wait to return to this Gem. Highly recommend! Thanks!!!!!

Almost perfect
This was our second stay at this lovely property. It's perfectly situated and very comfortable. The hot tub is great and we enjoyed our cocktail in there each day! The owners and manager are very helpful. The beach access across the road is great and we enjoyed walking on the beach every day - what would make this place perfect is if there were a couple of sun loungers available on the beach - there are a couple available in the yard but to also have them on the beach would be brilliant.

Perfect for Couples
This little cottage is prefect for couples or a small family. Well equipped with all your needs. Across the street from Beach with it's own little hidden path. The outdoor space is great! Nice outdoor shower. Very cozy and comfortable.

Great little getaway!
This was our second visit. Very cosy little cottage with everything you need. Very comfortable and we were able to bring our dog. It's right across the street from the beach, so you can go back and forth easily. The owners are very nice and helpful. We plan to visit each year!

An Oasis in Paradise
My husband & I haven't been to LBK in 5 years and we picked the best place to stay. The cutest cottage that had absolutely everything we required. It's a pet friendly cottage so our little Havanese was quite happy as well.
The cottage is clean, very well maintained & the king size bed is comfortable with great pillows !!! The day bed was a great place to read & our dog loved it to watch what was happening outside. We didn't get to use the hot tub because the temperature was in the 90's but used the yard to sit & relax & watch the lizards drink our dogs water from his bowl. Very cute & entertaining.
Short walk across Gulf of Mexico Dr. to the best beach (cottage has everything you require for the beach). Watched the Dolphins and apparently a manatee (not sure about that 😀).
Harry's Continental Kitchen has a store; restaurant and take out deli which is all a short 3 minute walk away. Every morning we walked to the store for our morning coffee.
We would not hesitate to stay again when we decide to return to LBK. Thank you to the Abbotts for the use of their Oasis in Paradise.

Great cottage for 2 or 3
My husband and I stayed here for a week during Christmas with my four year old son. It was perfect for us. This cottage was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. It's very close to the beach, the hot tub was so relaxing (and in a little garden oasis behind the house), and Harry's Convenience store is a short walk in case we needed anything! The owners were attentive with any questions or concerns we had. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks very much for a wonderful stay!
