About this house rental
True vacation spot. This is our vacation home where we treasure time with our family and friends; we would love to share this wonderful place with you and your family. Spend your days lounging by the pool or recreating in Lake Murray. Enjoy a fire by the lake while making s'mores and watching your family and friends play some corn hole. On a rainy night, there are plenty of cozy places to curl up and read a book, play board games, or just sit around enjoying some conversation. The screened-in porch is another great place to watch the lake while enjoying your evening cocktail.
Since this is a place we enjoy with our family, it is stocked and ready for yours. We have added all the amenities of home. Our niece and nephew Anna and Jim live within minutes and are only a phone call away to answer any questions you may have. We look forward to sharing our home with you.

Our family has been to Lake Martin every fall for the past five years. This was our favorite home by far and we will be back! No stairs meant it was easy to keep up with the kids age 6 months- 8 years. The highchair and travel crib were a great convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked. Everyone loved kayaking in the morning and swimming in the afternoons. We ate all our meals on the screened in porch enjoying the beautiful views!

Property was as described. Beds were comfortable, kitchen is fully stocked, all rooms were clean upon arrival. Loved the screened in porch. House is amazing with plenty of room so you never felt crowded. Kids enjoyed the pool and we loved that going to the boat dock was level with the yard.

We rent houses from VRBO several times a year for many years. This was definitely the cleanest, well stocked home we have been to. Our entire family was able to enjoy all of the outside areas, including my father, who was in a motorized scooter.

Wonderful experience ! We cannot say enough about this home. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the well-stocked kitchen with everything we needed to prepare family meals, to the luxurious bedding, spacious dining areas, screened porch and the charming gazebo. Furniture was comfortable and tasteful. The pool and private dock were so convenient and provided hours of water play and boating. Spacious enough for privacy when needed but cozy enough for lots of family time for our multi-generational group. We cannot say enough good things about this property! We hope to return soon!

We stayed here after my daughter's graduation from USC. There was so much space for all of our family and friends. There are multiple seating areas inside and out. We rented a boat and had two great days on the lake. We also utilized the kayaks and other pool items. Kitchen is well-stocked and an additional refrigerator in the laundry room was a big help. Highly recommend!

Wow! Beautiful, serene and relaxing! Everything was wonderful! The home is so spacious with so many areas where our family could gather to play cards, games, watch tv and just visit. Everyone had a comfortable spot. We enjoyed lots of time on screened in porch, in the pool and on the kayaks! We loved listening to all the sounds from the gorgeous nature all around us. It was so peaceful. We really didn’t want to leave and really hope we can return soon. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

This is our second year at this house. The view is beautiful and the house is in lovely condition with lots of extra nice touches like high end linens and holiday decorations. The kitchen is very well equipped and the two refrigerators are a godsend if you have a big group. Highly recommend!

My family and I stayed at Anna’s home over Thanksgiving to seen my son who attends the University of South Carolina and could not have been happier! The place is so spacious that we could all be together to eat or watch football, or to have privacy. As a mom who loves to cook, the kitchen was filly stocked as I prepared our holiday meal. My two college age kids (plus one roommate) enjoyed the kayaks, and did some fishing. Great getaway and hope to be back next year. I would highly recommend warmer months as well as the property has multiple spacious areas to relax or host some friends. Pool was too cold but us but we still sat out in the closed in area and gazebo. Thank you!!

This is a beautiful home, well appointed, lots of open space and flexible seating choices for large groups. Our family group ranges from mid-60’s to 80’s and we appreciated the one level with two master suites.
Didn’t use the pool or lake opportunities, but perhaps on another visit.

Great location, great views, a great house. Our family, 18 to 85, was a 3 generation hit for all. Best stocked rental we've ever stayed at. Screened porch lake views the best. You won't regret your stay. Anna is the best. Thanks for opening your home to us to celebrate or 59th wedding anniversary.

Ages 2 to 63, we all had a great time. Loved the pool, because we don’t do toddlers in the lake. The house was well equipped, and the front porch was perfect for dinners in the evening.

My husband, 2 & 5 year old and myself went to SC to visit my brother, sister-in-law and their theee kids. We needed a house large enough for all of us with lots of outdoor space to enjoy the sunshine and keep the kids busy. This home was fabulous! From the pool to lake and all of the indoor space it was exactly what we needed. There was great privacy, but stores near by. We loved that the house is one level which made indoor/outdoor living with 5 kids easier. The rooms were large with planty of linens, pillows and throws. The kitchen was set up and stocked well & the screen porch was perfect for coffee in the morning and dinner in the evening. The waterfront was great for fishing and the kayaks were perfect for peaceful rowing. We also rented jet skis for a couple days that the whole family enjoyed. We will definitely return!

We’re home now and I miss “my” lake house! We loved everything. The view from the house is so peaceful and beautiful. The house is spacious, one story and gorgeous. The photos don’t do it any justice and it is much much larger than it seems. We had everything we needed and the host was very helpful and patient with us. (We saw three deer.) Thank you for the memories!

Beautiful large spacious home on lake with pool. We rented to celebrate our daughter’s USC graduation and it was perfect! Bedrooms were large and spread out, wonderfully comfortable beds, large kitchen with multiple eating areas, screened in porch and plenty of outside pool and dock seating. Next time we’ll bring our boat! Communication was immediate and we will definitely book again if we are back in the area. Highly recommend *****

This house is simply amazing, pictures don’t do it justice. Beds were comfortable, there are SO many linens and the kitchen is fully stocked. The house had literally everything we needed, you can tell the host really pays attention to the details and goes above and beyond to make traveling as easy as possible for guests. The house has so much space and so many areas to sit that it can accommodate a lot of people without feeling the slightest bit cramped. Every one of my kids asked if we could move in forever, no one wanted to leave!
We brought our boat so having the dock was awesome, we were able to drop it in the water 10 minutes away from the house. Having kayaks available added a lot of fun for everyone and the kids loved seeing lizards/toads in the yard.
If we’re ever back in Lake Murray, we will absolutely come back to this house.

Great house as advertised. Hosts were very responsive when unexpectedly cold weather caused issues (house was nice and cozy so no issues with that). Kitchen amazingly well stocked and feels like a real home. Plan to come back if available next year

Anna is very friendly and professional in her line of work; I requested a Christmas tree and she went way beyond decorating the house for our special weekend. Anna was always available before and during our stay. I will rent again from Vrbo and hopefully Anna will be my agent.

This home exceeded all of our expectations! The location is absolutely perfect, the details were insane - there wasn't anything they didn't have available to use! There is no need to look any further as this place will not disappoint! There is so much room to relax, both inside and out. Can't say enough good things about our stay here. Our family truly had the best vacay ever right here on Lake Murray and all because of this incredible home! Everything you could possibly need was at the home. We only left to put the jet ski in at Lighthouse Marina (only about 7 mins from house) and to get more ice for our coolers which we kept outside with lots of bottled water during our stay. There are 2 refrigerators and an amazing kitchen with everything you need. We absolutely loved the pool and all the amazing floats from the red shed. This part of the lake wasn't super busy with boats so it was never too crowded for kayaks and a peaceful day laying by the dock. It was the most relaxing vacation we have ever been on. We ate at Tonella's after check out. Anna the property manager is amazing and always available if you need anything or have any questions. Plenty of life jackets, floats, chairs, and games for the family. We are already planning our return again.

A Phenomenal Vacation Home!
This lovely lake house provided EVERYTHING we needed for an awesome vacation for our family of 10. It was clean, beautifully decorated, nicely organized, and well equipped with an abundance of amenities to enhance our comfort and entertainment. Hats off to Anna for a job well done as the manager of this terrific vacation home. Our family is looking forward to returning before long!

Beautiful property that exceeded expectations…
We have rented many vacation homes over the years for our annual family trip hoping to find the one that we return to every year - we finally found it in this rental! The owners have thought of everything, from the soft blankets in the living room to the life jackets for the entire family and enough pool and lake floats for everyone. There were multiple cozy nooks to hang out in all perfectly thought out, tastefully decorated with beautiful views of Lake Murray. The family enjoyed hanging out around the kitchen island but fell in love with the lakefront screened in porch. The main master bedroom has double doors opening to the lakefront screened porch lending itself to the perfect spot to watch the sun rise or take in peaceful Lake Murray. During the day, the porch was perfect for dining at the ample dining table or playing games at night. The house has two master bedrooms, the second one has a beautiful sitting area that was perfect for my son, wife and newborn.
The owners quickly answered any questions we had and were ready to assist us with anything we needed. We really can’t say enough wonderful things about them and the property. Highly recommend this vacation rental - you will not be disappointed!

This Is Paradise!
The owners left nothing out, welcome snacks at the door and hotel-like toiletries in the laundry room. The kitchen is fully stocked; it even has a slow cooker, air fryer, and two refrigerators. There's even a coffee bar with a Keurig. Each bedroom is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The view from the master bedroom is to die for. The bathrooms are even top notch especially the one in the master and there are plenty of towels. The living areas looked like they could be featured in Southern Living magazine. There are plenty of seating areas both inside and out. Our favorites was the screened-in porch and the gazebo. The pool has everything, floaties and toys for everyone. The kayaks were a plus and the boat dock was super handy for us. This place is a complete oasis. You definitely won't be sorry you booked it.
