Hotel full of loaded fun

Very nice hotel to stay. It was really enjoyable stay. Arabic guy Mohammad welcomed us in reception. He gave me a big surprise by giving upgraded room with a bed docoration because it was my birthday. I would like to give him big thanks for making my day. They have a night club as well and i had a big fun at the club.

Not allowed my friends to enter my room without their ID even showing the picture, my friends had to travel very long distance to get the ID. very strict rules.

يوجد ملهى ليلي كن حذر من خدمة صف السيارة

الموقع جيد والفندق نظيف ومناسب السعر وجنبه اكثر من بقالة ومطعم

أصوات الملهى الليلي قد تصل إليك حتى لو بشكل خفيف الانتباه من خدمة صف السيارة يصرون انهم يوقفوا السيارة بأنفسهم ولا تعلم عنها شي ولأنك مضطر توقف عندهم لأن المواقف في ابوظبي كلها بفلوس

-موظف الإستقبال رفض تسجيل الدخول بسبب خطأ في الإسم - اعطونا غرفة بيننا باب مع الغرفة الملاصقة ونسمع صياح طفل بشكل متكرر طوال الليل وطلبنا غرفة اخرى وردوا انه لا توجد غرفة اخرى - لا يوجد عازل صوت في الغرفة نسمع كل ما يحدث حولنا من اصوات داخل الفندق وخارجها - ازعاج طوال الليل وصراخ وضحك واكتشفنا مؤخرا ان الفندق مأوى للسكارى هذا ما يسبب ازعاج منهم طوال الليل - صوت انذار حريق الثالثة فجرا بدون سبب واضح - تأخير تحضير السيارة واللامبالاه بخدمة المقيم بالمختصر الفندق لا يناسب العائلات ولا يوفر الراحة للمقيم

Very comfortable room and staff were very accomodating

The bed was big and comfortable bathroom was great and they lent me an adaptor for the UAE and let me check in at 11:30am.The porter was very nice and let me charge my phone in the lobby and they stored my bags for me.

I wish someone from reception called me at 10pm because I told them when I checked in that I needed to check in early (arrived at 6am from Sydney) and check out before 11pm because of a late flight at 2:20am. I ended up missing my flight to Athens because my alarm was turned off by accident and I should have reminded reception to give me a wake up call. I know that is also my fault but the reception could have written a note to the night shift reception about me checking out at 11pm for a late flight.

An excellent hotel with an even better staff

Although we had a very short stay at the Grand Villaggio Hotel, we had an amazing time! The room was great, spacious, clean, with a nice view and very near to the Central Bus station and a mall. But the biggest perk of this hotel is it's staff! Everyone we met was extremely helpful, friendly and it really made our stay amazing. We hope to be back!

Before booking this hotel, it is important to know that it doesn't have a restaurant. It was not a problem for us, since we were informed about this, but I would just like to point it out just in case. In any case, there is a cafe in the lobby with some pastries, and the staff told us about different restaurants nearby the hotel, so that is also an option for hungry travelers. :)

Nice place with highly recommend

Location is near in the main road near to Al wadan mall

Wash room after showering even the shower curtain closed a lot of water comes out so the floor gets wet there is no free breakfast but when I called early to order no one answer

Pentru un sejur scurt e ok

Cameră foarte mare și luminoasa, am primit din partea hotelului gel de duș, șampon, cremă de corp, pieptăn, kit pentru bărbierit și kit pentru igiena orală. Aerul condiționat fără de care nu știm ce ne-am fi făcut.

Curățenia! Lenjeria și prosoapele au fost curate însă în rest, în camera, erau urme peste tot, pe toate ușile de la dulapuri sau de la frigider. Baia mirosea urat și erau urme de apă.

Katastrofální mrazy na pokoji, nelze zvýšit teplotu na pokoji

Vyměnili nám hned pokoj. Vstřícný personál. Mohli jsme si nechat zavazadla i v den odjezdu v hotelu i po check outu.

Plíseň, kuřácký pokoj a totální zima na pokoji, když jsme přišli, bylo 13 st. Celsia a mi to přes otevřené okno, dokázalu ohřát na 16 stupňů. Akorát jsme z toho onemocněli a nastydli. Rozhodně volte jiný hotel.

Super clean, Good location and great staff. Would book again.

- Good location and Friendly staff. - Staff was responsive and accommodating to our requests. - Free valet parking was a big plus in Abu Dhabi. Plus a supermarket and dry cleaners right next to it. - We were cautious of a club on the upper floors, but we were on the 7th floor and didn't hear a thing. - Very clean and were even providing free large water bottles daily.

- The hotel provided a baby cot but the quality of it wasn't great. - We reserved a suite, but the bedroom and living room have a partial separator (not a full door) - it was fine by us, but would've preferred more privacy, especially for a suite.

Frustrated, they just upgraded our room to appease anger

The location was convenient, accessible to taxis, there is a supermarket in front of hotel. We were upgraded to a bigger room, non smoking, quiet, looks clean, good view of the main road from the windows.

I tried to request for an early check in but there was no response. We came from the airport and arrived at 08:47. We were told that there was no available room at that time and we should wait since the hotel was full overnight. There were a lot of guests checking out already from 9-10. I was willing to wait even we were already like fainting from exhaustion since we asked a favor. What pissed me off is that they accommodated the couple who arrived much later than us. N o extra effort from the reception staff to facilitate providing us a room until I have to question her and got angry for them providing rooms to people who arrived later than us.

اجباري علئ الخروج من الفندق الساعه 1 ظهرا مع اني دخلت الفندق الساعه 11 عشر ليلا الا ان موظف الاستقبال لم يمدد الاقامه للساعه الثانيه او الثالثه ظهرا وتم الاتصال من قبلهم واخباري بأن اذا تأخرت عن الوقت المحدد سيتم دفع مبلغ للتأخير مع انه اغلب الفنادق تمدد الوقت حيث انه لا يوجد مناسبه في هذا الوقت لازدحام الفندق

OK, but very noisy!

Room was spacious and clean.

It is unbelievable, how the music noise from the night club could be heard on the 8th floor ! I was given a connecting room, I could hear the TV and people's conversations from next door. With the exception of the porters and the security personnel, their staff is not exactly warm or friendly.

Excellent hotel spoilt by the heating, or lack of

Staff were outstanding and the room was well appointed

Room was cold and trying to heat it made it worse so had to turn off AC. Made it really difficult to sleep with only a light duvet. Bathroom flooded when the shower was on because of the way the channel next to the wall flowed to the end and on to the floor.

كل شي قريب والموظفين لطيفين وياي وعندهم خدمه ركن السيارات مجانية قدامنا سوبرماركت والصيدليه مشي دقيقه

اكتشفت اخر يوم ان في بالأدوار العلويه في ديسكو للأجانب بس مكثفين الرقابه بعد الساعه 2 الفجر ما انصح تطلعون من الشقه الأشكال مريبه
