Huge front and backyard to enjoy! 7-8 person jacuzzi available all year around ready to use. Up to 7 cars parking in our circular driveway at a time.
All beautiful hardwood floors. 1 level ranch style home with only 3 stairs to enter at front door.

The property was wonderful for us 12-14 guys! Nice deck, grill, hot tub, fire pit and huge front yard for games! Close enough to walk to the beach, restaurant and bar!
Definitely recommend!

We had a great stay! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need! The main shower had great water pressure! Beds were fine. Plenty of room for the little ones to run around inside and out! Walking distance from the beach and some of the union pier grocery stores.

The house had everything that we could have possibly needed! It was very clean and comfortable for all ten of us! The location was great. Even on our snowy weekend, we enjoyed the walks at sunset, the hot tub, a warm fire, and great restaurants. I would happily rent this house again!

We had a group of friends stay for a weekend and really enjoyed our stay. House was big with plenty of gather places and the kitchen was very well equipped! Just a quick 10 min walk to the beach

Enjoyed a wonderful 2 night stay with old friends. House was spacious and clean. Plenty to do nearby. Host helped us out when we lost power. Handy man was wonderful! Highly recommend.

Our multigenerational family had a lovely stay at this vacation home. We had a couple minor issues (to be expected) that were resolved quickly. The owner and handyman were friendly and super responsive. With young kids and grandparents in our group we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, large deck, yard and screened-in porch.

Our family had wonderful stay at The Keeley Ranch. It was large enough for our extended family. The home was comfortable and well appointed. It had gathering areas both indoors and outdoors to accompany everyone. There was plenty of parking and a large front lawn and tire swing to occupy the kids. Walkable to downtown Union Pier and several beaches. Christina, the property manager was easy to contact and responded to messages in a timely manner.

We loved our stay and the description was very accurate. We walked to the beach and my son used the wagon to tote his toddler and beach toys. The outside deck area was perfect for cool evenings and we also enjoyed the screened in porch. So many places to spread out and enjoy. Thanks for all the amenities too, shampoo, plenty of paper products and a well organized kitchen.

The property manager reached out early and often to make sure that we had everything that we needed for our stay. Everything there was clean and beautiful. Fantastic stay.

We had an excellent stay here with three families with a wide age range of kids. Short walk to the beach and an amazing front yard that is perfect for games. Cabin was clean with an open layout for easy gathering. Thank you!

We were a women's group celebrating a 60th birthday. The house was fantastic. It is very clean and updated with a cool vibe and beds and furniture in great shape. There were nice touches like soft towels, body wash/shampoo and even tooth paste! It has a very nice large hot tub and deck. The location is great with a short walk to the beach and longer walks through the nice area. It was a short drive to New Buffalo, St Joe and the Warren Dunes. The host was very responsive to every inquiry. The only downside was there were only 2 bathrooms. We were a group of 12 so we managed but we were supposed to be 14 and I think that would have been difficult.

Christine is a terrific property owner/ manager. She was very friendly, reachable, and responsive. Her friendliness came across even through chats and she provided a wealth of information about the property, its amenities, and the surrounding area. The ranch is in terrific condition and it provides many comforts that made the stay a pleasure for me and my friends. Everything that was listed within the property's description was available and fully operable, the latter of which is a rarity from my previous experiences with similar rental properties.

Overall this was a very nice property only a few blocks from the lake. It was October, so we only walked down to the lake once. There was enough room for everyone to spread out inside and out (7 adults and 5 kids ages 1, 4, 6, 10 and13). It had pretty much everything we needed. Getting in the front door was problematic on a few occasions as the access code did not work until the 4th or 5th try. There is good internet service, but not cable TV. Would recommend bringing your own Roku or other device for streaming access.

Rented the property for my 30th birthday and the home had plenty of bedrooms for everyone to sleep comfortably. Hot tub was very nice and clean. Open space to enjoy time with one another. Only a 15 minute drive to Journeyman Distillery.

The house was nice and clean, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for a family of 12 to enjoy the holiday weekend. Easy commute to the beach and town. We would definitely come back.

We had a great week long stay at Keeley Ranch. Easily walkable to the Townline Beach and Gordon Beach. We were a group of 3 families and there was plenty of room for us all. We loved the big deck and huge front yard. We had a couple of housekeeping issues and the owner responded and resolved them quickly. We would definitely return!

A first class cottage
This is very nice property. It was recently remodeled and has a new and modern feel. It is very generously supplied with towels both bath and beach, bathroom items, kitchen tools, utensils, pots and pans, kitchen/cooking consumables e.g., spices, paper towels cooking oil, dishwasher soap, spare garbage bags, sticks for roasting marshmallows, lots of firewood for the fire pit and a complementary bottle of wine. The TV/entertainment system is outstanding with access to various TV media channels and a high-quality sound system with speakers throughout the house (but we didn't find a way to shut off the sound to say, a given bedroom where someone wanted to sleep while others were watching the TV). We truly enjoyed the Jacuzzi but were stumped in mastering the ideosyncrcies of its control panel to set the temperature to the level we desired, perhaps a few written instructions in the guest booklet would have helped or maybe a web link to the manufacturer’s User Manual on line.
The responsiveness of the owner and handyman to concerns and questions and problems was truly rapid and complete. The screen porch is a wonderful feature except that it contains too much furniture, it was impossible to pull the side chairs back from the table sufficiently far to allow space for persons to access the chairs, the couch should go.
The beaches are outstanding with 20 to 50 yards of sand between the vegetation and the water. Access to the beach was a bit of a challenge for us as we had paddle boards and kayaks and had to tote them the 2-3 blocks to the beach access points or take them there on our car and the parking at some of the beach access points is limited or non-existent. There are several beaches within walking distance, Townline, Gordon (a private beach) and Miller. The Townline beach which we used most frequently, is 101 feet wide. We had one instance of a local land owner reprimanding some of us about stepping over the 101’ boundary but for the most part we enjoyed our time at the beach and were able to stay within the 101’ foot boundary or, if we chose to walk the shore we could go either south or north for miles. The guest info packet says there is a flag on at the house which if you take to the Gordon beach and post it gives you beach access but former guests had taken and not returned it so we were left without Gordon access permission. Over all we had a very good experience and recommend this house to others.
