Hassle free and lovely

It was bright airy clean. Pool was lovely. Aung the man who runs the place is so helpful. WiFi was superb- I could work easily from here

Schöne Unterkunft, aber mit Mängeln

Größe, sehr bequemes, großes Bett. Riesen Kühlschrank. Moderne Küche inkl. Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Geschirr, usw. Gute Ausstattung

Ohne Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer wurde es tagsüber extrem heiß. Lage war extrem ab vom Schuss. Zu Fuß nicht möglich. Selbst mit dem Scooter / Auto muss man über einen weiten Weg aus Erde fahren.

Comfortable, clean stay in a great location

Firstly, staff was incredible. Always happy to help, never seemed to be annoyed from questions, giving solutions when needed. The drive into the place with a scooter is not the best but the whole place is being renovated now. The rooms were big and cozy, everything was extremely clean, rooms are nice, tv a bit small but doesn't even make a difference. I loved this stay, and if they had availability I would stay longer.

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Besitzer, die Mitarbeiter sind ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr ruhig, man benötigt einen Roller oder ein Auto. Die Küche ist mit dem benötigten ausgestattet, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Toaster und Kochplatte sind vorhanden, ebenso wie ein Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden immer wieder gerne hierher kommen.

Gute Lage, guter Service, sehr freundliches Personal, kostenloses Taxiservice bis 17:00 Uhr. Bring -und Abholservice von der Fähre.

Da gibt es wirklich nichts auszusetzen für das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Super coole Anlage schnell mit dem Roller im Centrum und an den Ständen.

Kein Meer Blick aber dafür in die Anliegenden Hills.

Lovely place to stay, highly recommended

Amazing place to stay, new and modern villas in a quiet area, still very close to the city. Great pool, attentive and polite staff. There is a convenient website for guests to order laundry, water, taxi and other things. I would definitely consider staying there again next time I visit the island

The last 400m of the road before the villas is quite bad

Sitio muy agradable, una urbanizacion toda ajardinada, con una unidades de bungslows muy nuevos y practicos Con tu espacio de parking. Y especial mencion al personal, amables y atentos, gracias Ang en la recepcion Ademas tienen un servicio de taxi para los huespedes diario hasta las 17h que puedes usar sin cargo ninguno para ir a Thong Sala

amazing modern villas in central but quiet location

been travelling now for 6 months and Naiwok Hills in a definitely one of my absolute favourite places. I booked for 2 weeks over the Christmas/new year period and could not have been happier with my choice. great central location, but tucked away up the hills so nice and quiet. clean modern apartment with all the amenities you could want or need. comfy bed, great shower, friendly helpful and attentive staff. I accidentally smashed one of the small plates but there was no drama or hounding, they told me not to worry and replaced it promptly. lovely swimming pool with very comfortable sun loungers. it’s great for families but also for solo travellers/couples and would be a great place to work digitally with peace and quiet.

Amazing staff and service!

Lovely cute property with terrace. Staff were so friendly and helpful and picked us up and dropped us back to the ferry for free! They also provided free water daily, a speedy laundry service and organised a rental bike to be delivered to our door. Couldnt recommend more!

Beautiful place to stay

Amazing customer service, WhatsApp messaging service is an excellent communication tool for customers to make enquires with an instant response every time, they will accommodate your every need, great kitchen facilities which allowed us to cook a simple breakfast every morning which set us up for the day, complimentary pier shuttle was an excellent touch also, 🙌

Highly recommend!

This place is outstanding! I booked 5 nights and ended up staying 3 weeks! -> staff is very attentive, helpful, friendly and fulfills every request (new water, scooter, laundry, …) -> complete new facilities, room is very spacious, private and comfortable -> everything is very clean and well maintained -> gym, pool and yoga classes are a big plus! -> located up in the hills, so you got quiet nights, but it is still close to the city (~15min walk)

great place to stay for the moon parties

the faculties were great for what we needed and it was very comfortable. the staff were amazing, we were even offered lifts into the main area before 6pm and they were very attentive and helpful

nothing major but we were charged for dirty towels (with face paint) after the stay which we weren’t made aware of before - 150 baht for a small towel and 300 baht for a big one. not a massive issue but a pre warning would’ve been appreciated

Superb

Very friendly staff - always very helpful and fulfilled any requests we had (taxi shuttle service to full moon party, shops & bars) at last minute. Room very spacious and clean. Pool nearby which was nice & clean.

One slight issue at check-out regarding a mark on a towel, however this was more of a misunderstanding and certainly wouldn’t put us off of coming back again or recommending Naiwok Hills to others!
