Spacious two-bedroom apartment with a large living room, ideal for hosting up to 5 persons.

Set on the ground floor, this cozy apartment with a pleasant ambience, boasts comfortable spaces like two bedrooms, of which a double room with Satellite TV and a twin room, a separate kitchen and a wide living room with single sofa bed and satellite TV, divided in living and dining area with dining table. A pellets stove is also available.

The apartment features a private entrance, garnished by a small outdoor area with seats, for enjoying the fresh mountain air of the Dolomites.

You will love the elegant two-room bathroom boasting a shower and a jacuzzi. You will have an additional small bathroom which comes with toilet and basin only.

The separate kitchen is made for passionate chefs, as it comes with dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooking plate, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, kitchen utensils, cutlery, dishes and much more.

Included in the rate you will have Wi-Fi, linen and towels at your disposition.

House Everest Bruno is set in a sunny location, very close to the town center of Selva Val Gardena, with the first ski lifts only 300 meters away.

In Winter, you will find the first ski lifts and the ski bus stop only 200-300 m away, for skiing back from the Sella Ronda ski slopes you there is a small ski path, which allows you to ski back until only few steps from the house.

Ideal for discovering the huge Dolomiti Superski ski resort, the largest in the World!

Also the children ski slopes “Nives”, where the ski schools of Selva run most of the ski lessons, are only 300 meters away.

In Summer the bicycle path and a comfortable walking path, which runs through all Val Gardena, is just few steps from the house and is particularly comfortable for families with kids and for people who prefer to make comfortable strolls. Passionate hikers will discover the perfect position of Apartment Everest Bruno, as most of the hiking paths depart just behind the house.

Families with children who seek for the perfect vacation will love the wide public children playground, set less than 100 meters from the holiday rent, which even features a small soccer field.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in
Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.

Before the check-in starts you will have to obligatory proceed with the online payment of the deposit, nothing will be deducted from your credit card, pre-authorized, or blocked. This will not even affect the limit of your credit card!
