Originally constructed in the 1950s and meticulously renovated in 2014, this charming Spanish-style home combines historical features from decades past with luxurious modern-day amenities. A private walkway offers easy and direct access from Casa de Romance to the sandy shoreline, where you can spend your day splashing in the surf, searching for seashells, or simply soaking up the sunshine.
Inside the gorgeous Living Area, enjoy cozy furniture and plenty of space to relax while you plan for the next day of Outer Banks adventures. Cook up a delicious meal in the colorful, well-lit Kitchen to enjoy in the Dining Area surrounded by windows and bright natural Outer Banks light. Get some rest in one of the multiple bedrooms nearby. Relax in the King Master Bedroom with a TV, Whirlpool Tub, and Laundry space, an additional King Master Bedroom, or near the kiddos in either the King Bedroom or the Bedroom with a Pyramid Bunk. Looking for a way to entertain the kids—and kids at heart—once the sun goes down and your daily beach time comes to a close? Look no further than the Recreation Room, which features a Full-Size Pool Table, Television, and Wet Bar that's perfect for whipping up those delicious late snacks and delicious beverages. When you need a moment to get away, head upstairs to the Office Area with brilliant views of the ocean while you check some emails or get away with your favorite beach read!
Head outside for some fresh ocean air on the private deck situated right atop the sand dunes, or head upstairs to the home's upper-level back deck, where you'll be greeted with stunning, unobstructed views of the rolling waves and sandy beaches. As if having the ocean in your backyard isn't incredible enough, this vacation home also boasts a bubbly Hot Tub with views of the ocean as well as a large Private Swimming Pool* in a semi-enclosed spot. (Additional fee for pool heat in accordance with Seaside Vacations pool service dates. Please request this one week prior to your arrival).
