About this house rental

3 bedrooms with 3 full baths, All have king size beds, all new furniture includes new high end mattresses, all linen included, sleeps 6 very comfortably, great for couples and families. All bedrooms with 43" TV's mounted on walls with access to Netflix, amazon video and others, includes free WiFi, total of 4 TV's.

Beach towels and beach chairs for your use, Washer/dryer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, etc. provided. LESS THAN THREE MILES TO BEACH!!, very close to shopping, Botanical Garden and many other attractions. Gas grill for outside barbequing with plenty of parking for extra famliy and friends.

Bed linens are provided, towels & wash clothes for 2 people in each bathroom with make up mirrors and hair dryers. Beach chairs and towels are provided for 6 people.

Kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils, wine glasses, mixing bowls, dishes, coffee cups, pots and pans and more.

Iron and ironing board also provided.

This townhouse is much cuter than the pictures shown. Very well decorated. Each room had an en-suite bathroom and the kitchen was good sized. We did not plan to eat at the house so the set up was perfect.

We needed a several day stay while we were preparing to move out of state. The property was clean, well appointed and communication with the host was easy. We will definitely be back. Now, we have to buy the same grill for our new house! It was amazing and built locally!

Great place for access to UNCW, food and shopping. Host was easy to communicate with and respond to any issues during our stay. Close to beach access as well, unfortunately we didn't get a chance to enjoy that portion due to tropical storms. Maybe next time.

We throughly enjoyed staying at this property! Check in process was so easy. The townhome is very clean and well taken care of! Our friends loved how comfortable the beds were! There was even Netflix & Hulu included which made it so nice! The location was great, close to the beach and downtown! I can’t say enough nice things about it. Would definitely come back!

Our condo was amazing! The property was very clean, , and spacious. The property manager was very helpful and check-in was easy. Parking in the condo complex was never a problem either. The only suggestion I would have is to perhaps have a guest book where guests leave hints of good beaches, restaurants, etc.

We were in Wilmington for a family wedding - the condo was in excellent condition - so clean - and so very well stocked with everything we needed except our food! The communication was wonderful and it was a pleasure to stay here - it was very centrally located to all our other family in the area and the wedding festivities. Wish you had 6 Stars!!!

We really enjoyed the quality of this condo. It is very neat and well put together. The mattresses were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were well stocked with towels. The kitchen was also very well stocked with most any cooking and serving utensil that would be needed. It was also very convenient having the small things so we wouldn't have to go out and buy them, such as hand soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, etc. We did not use the grill, but it looked nice. Despite being a condo, we never heard the neighbors, and we did not have any problems with parking. Overall, we were very pleased with this rental.
