Architectural detail abounds at this two-story, family- and dog-friendly adobe tucked into a quiet neighborhood about three miles south of the Santa Fe Plaza. With a large, enclosed yard and private feeling, you’ll feel far away from it all, yet you’re just minutes from all of Santa Fe’s cultural and natural attractions. Start the day with coffee or end it with a cocktail on the upper deck, which offers spectacular mountain views.
Inside, you’ll find a space bursting with character - Venetian plaster walls, travertine floors, custom antique doors, crystal chandeliers, stone countertops, tall French doors, and an updated kitchen and baths all combine to make the space completely unique. The chef will love the view from the kitchen - and the full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a five-burner gas range. Everyone can dine together at the large table before stepping out to explore. If no one feels like cooking, you’re minutes from the famed Clafoutis Bakery, where all your French pastry dreams come true.
After a day of exploring, you’ll find lots of spaces both inside and out to relax. Get cozy in front of the fireplace inside and stream your favorite shows, or step outside and gather on the covered patio. Fire up the gas grill for an easy dinner, and get the outdoor fireplace crackling for added ambiance. Extra perks of this lovely home include a washer/dryer, free WiFi, and central AC.

The property is located in a quite neighborhood and has very good amenities. We enjoyed the enclosed patio area very much. It was a very spacious house for my wife and I and our Chihuahua, and it would be perfect for a large family or group. However, for first time Santa Fe visitors, I would recommend booking a property closer to the plaza for a better view and Santa Fe experience.

The house was beautiful and quirky. It’s large too. The location is less optimal and there is not comfortable seating for all the guests. The kitchen was not as well stocked as some places we have rented. The nonstick pans were peeling and the knives were dull. One door did not seem to lock. The safety of the neighborhood was questionable. Police even stopped by asking about a suspect. There isn’t cable just Roku. The contractor was responsive to our initial complaints about the garbage bins being full and the tv not working. We left a day early.

Location to downtown was perfect. House size was great for my family of 9. Floors were dirty when we arrived and I let Vacasa know when they asked how clean the home was. We also had major issues with the AC when we arrived and I contacted customer service right away. They sent a general maintenance man out on Sunday who said that he would let the property manager know and an HVAC company would be there asap. The upstairs bedrooms were so hot and uncomfortable that we had to purchase a portable AC unit for $350 to make the bedrooms usable. I had to contact customer service again Monday and Tuesday to ask when it would be looked at and they said to give it more time. By Thursday, another general maintenance man came who said the same thing and that an HVAC company would be there asap. We checked out Saturday without anyone from a HVAC company coming to fix this issue. I also have all of the text threads to customer service saying they would have this issue fixed. Very dissatisfied due to this issue.

We loved our week long stay here. The house is gorgeous and had lots of room for all of us!

It’s a beautiful home and the location is ideal for the fun things we wanted to do in Santa Fe. Attention to detail of common daily needs was lacking and helpful hints for the grill or TV’s would have been helpful. The kitchen space is great! However the microwave has issues. We like VRBO so we can spend time together, cooking, grilling. TV’s available in each bedroom but did not work. The outdoor space is lovely for gathering and the fireplace was a perfect touch!

The property was beautiful and located at the end of a quiet street located very close to downtown. Extremely clean and very well appointed. However, the communication left something to be desired. A lock in the back door was broken and that was fixed fairly quickly, but the master shower faucet was broken and was never fixed even though I sent a few texts about it. Also, what would be the harm in checking in 20 minutes early and being allowed access to the home? Criticism aside, I would still recommend this home.

We rented this property due to location of travel for all the family, 5 hours from home for all. The property was as listed, and we enjoyed our time in the home. Several
Things to know, the living room has A COUCH for seating. Yes the dining table is right behind it , but there is NO occasional seating except for the couch. They definitely could add more, but I feel they do not due to blocking access to closets, which is for cleaning supplies. So a simple chair could be moved easily, and more seating added to living area. Backyard is not very big, but accommodated two medium sized dogs well. There is NO SNOW SHOVEL, to help
clear driveway , walkways or back porch, just a broom. If you stay during snowy season, know the drive is steep and might need a 4 wheel drive to help reach the top of the street of the entire street in the cul
de sac. We have a Toyota Highlander SE and struggled to get out of a snowy drive way and to the top of the hill. Even the maintenance worker got stuck and had to call for a tow truck trying to fix the master bath shower that was not working when we arrived. There is A thermostat, the heater works WELL FOR UPSTAIRS, it is asked to not set the thermostat below 72°, insane temperature in my opinion with only ONE THERMOSTAT. Super hot upstairs. The other two bedrooms upstair, besides the master, had no ceiling fan, so if you are warm natured, asked to keep one thermostat at 72°, you will roast. BEWARE. We did enjoy our time out and about.

This place was amazing overall. From very clean to lots of room. TV in every room. Only thing was the master bathroom shower knob was broken so we could not shower and had to share but overall this place receives a 5 star.

The kids (three small ones) loved this house! Lots of room to play, safe, clean, and accommodating. The little ones could sleep upstairs while we used the rest of the house. The garage even doubled as a play room with a large window! Lots of parking and outside play options too! Great house! We wish we could visit again sooner!

The property was nice. We had a/c problems the second day and notified the management number we had and there was a major communication problem and no one came until the next day. And it was not fixed properly day 3 and professional a/c contractor had to be called. Finally day 4 of our stay a/c was fixed. We had one night of cool before we left on Friday . Fans were provided but 90 degrees upstairs was not acceptable. A/C unit was too small for house and needs to be replaced. Just added stress to a so called relaxing trip. Management company did refund 3 night stay of our 5 days but did not reduce the management fees at all. Needs to be taken out of rental until fixed

This is in a quiet residential neighborhood. The house is large with plenty of room for the 4 of us. The beds were comfortable & the fireplace was a bonus against the single digit temperatures during our stay.
The kitchen is stocked with all essential cooking items, enough dishware for at least 8 people.
The pantry is stocked with many staples & spices.
We would rent this place again if in the area

This is in a quiet neighborhood. The fireplace was a great perk during the single digit temps we had. The kitchen is stocked with most everything you need to cook & serve. Dinnerware was enough for 8 or more.
There is a pod brewer, a drip brewer & an electric kettle.
Beds were comfortable & not much noise heard between rooms.
Smart Tv's with lots of choices. Some need your account to view.
We were very comfortable here & would rent again if in the area

We were moved to this home after a previous home that we rented on VRBO was sold. The house itself was very nice and had beautiful antique doors, etc. However, the entire yard and the courtyard was unkept - weeds, leaves, and ants all over. In fact, one of the outside lights had a birds nest and birds kept flying around under the awning. We also noticed that the smoke alarms were removed in the house and the garage door didn’t appear to be fire rated, which is important when you are staying in a city that has fire danger warnings. The first night went well, but the very next morning, the water was shut off. We waited 5 or 6 hours (thinking maybe it was temporarily shut off for maintenance) and then called Vacasa to notify them and were told that our request would be categorized as urgent and that we would be contacted within 15 minutes by the property manager. After 30 minutes, we still had not received a call and were told that our request was being worked and that we would receive a call again. At this point, my husband and I were tired, dirty (we couldn’t shower, brush our teeth, cook, use the bathroom, etc. ) We even ended up having to cancel our dinner plans. We called back again after 3 hours with no call back and stayed on the phone with a customer service rep for 1.5 hrs while she tried to locate people. They eventually offered to reimburse us for a hotel room because that was the only thing that they could do without the regional property manager authorizing a change. We asked for a general manager or district manager to reach out to us and never received a call back and we were never refunded any money for staying in a house where we couldn’t even use the water. The next morning, an employee of Vacasa finally contacted us and told us that they would do a forced move to a new house; however, they could not tell us when it would be ready, so we lost almost a whole day of sightseeing waiting for someone to give us direction. 26 hours later, we were finally notified that the house was ready. We literally lost an entire day of our Memorial Day weekend because of all of this and it ruined our vacation. At the end of the day, we will never book through Vacasa or VRBO again.

Family of 5 with our dogs in tow...the house was wonderful! From the artistic closet doors to great location, we all loved everything about this house. Everything worked as expected and the house was well stocked with just about everything we needed. **One improvement that could be made is to add more table settings and cooking utensils (baking sheets & Pots) ~ a family of 5 with only settings for 4 made it a bit inconvenient. By far this house is one of the best homes we've ever rented. HIGHLY recommended and we will book again if we make another trip to Santa Fe. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

We really liked the house. It was clean, cozy, and nicely decorated with charming details like wooden decorative doors and Georgia O'Keefe prints. The yard was also charming and we had nice sunset views.
The neighborhood was not as charming, not bad or dangerous, but located behind an office park. So, there wasn't a nice walk to go on around the house. However, the house was a short drive to town and we found really nice hiking trails in less than 15 minutes.
The kitchen needs more equipment especially plates. We were a family of four and there were only four large plates. We recommend the owners add more plates, serving dishes, and some pyrex dishes for cooking. There were plenty of glasses and sufficient knives. The appliances seem brand new and were really nice.
The lights in the house were complicated and not intuitive, lots of dimmers. It took us days to figure out how to turn on the lights outside of the house in the front. We finally figured out the switch is located in the downstairs bedroom.
Finally, a local contact number for house issues should be provided. We tried to contact Vacasa without any luck during our stay. I would recommend a guest book be assembled and left in the house for guests to have a contact to call with questions, local recommendations for restaurants, hikes, and places to explore, and general information about the house.
Overall, we really enjoyed the house itself and enjoyed our stay.

Very clean and well kept but needs more dishes and cookware if you have group more than 4 people.
No iron and contacting the property manager took three attempts to get one..

Georgia O’Keefe artwork splashed on walls throughout, Venetian plaster walls, quiet sanctuary of a backyard enclosed by adobe walls, antique wooden doors throughout the home — went here for a friend weekend. Felt like we were in one of the expensive hotels near the plaza. Home was comfortable, beautiful, and kitchen was well-stocked. What a great home base to enjoy the restaurants, galleries, hiking, Bandalier National Monument, and spas in the area. Plan to return!

The place had more than enough room. It was elegantly designed and laid out. The amenities were modern and clean. It was within 10-15 minutes of pretty much everything you’d want to see in Santa Fe. I’d definitely recommend it!

We loved our stay. Beautiful home and very comfortable. We did have an issue with the plumbing / water pressure... had to manage the showers of 6 people through 1 bathroom. Property Mgr was very nice and made it right for us. I am sure it was a 1 off situation... would stay here again.

The house was spacious and the views were amazing. We liked the privacy of the neighborhood and the distance into town was close and convenient. Really enjoyed the French doors opening into the back courtyard that allowed us to feel the breeze. The office that was advertised was actually a bedroom with bunk beds and no desk so I think that info needs to be revised in the listing.
